Stefon Diggs Incident Report Details Explosive Claims From Former Chef

New details have emerged in the legal situation surrounding New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, with a newly released police incident report outlining disturbing allegations made by a former employee. According to the report, Diggs’ former personal chef accused the NFL star of physically assaulting her during a heated confrontation over unpaid wages. The new accusations only deepen the spotlight on Stefon Diggs at a time when his focus would typically be on the NFL postseason, as he is set to be arraigned on Friday, January 23.

According to TMZ, the incident report states that the woman first contacted police on December 16, claiming the alleged incident occurred on December 2 while she was working as Diggs’ private chef.

The woman told officers she was in her unlocked bedroom when Diggs entered to discuss an ongoing text exchange regarding money she believed she was owed. During the conversation, she claims Diggs became increasingly angry before allegedly slapping her across the face.

She told police she attempted to push him away but alleges Diggs then “tried to choke her using the crook of his elbow around her neck.” According to her account, Diggs was positioned behind her with his arm wrapped around her neck, making it difficult for her to breathe. She said she feared she could black out and claimed that when she tried to pull away, Diggs tightened his grip.

The woman further alleged that Diggs then threw her onto her bed and made a remark along the lines of, “Thought so,” before walking away.

The former employee told police that even after the physical altercation, she continued to explain that she had not yet been paid. According to the report, Diggs allegedly responded by saying “Lies” before exiting the room.

When asked about injuries, the woman claimed she noticed redness on her upper chest area following the incident but said she did not take photographs. She also told officers she was initially hesitant to come forward because of Diggs’ high-profile status as a Patriots player.

The woman told police she began working for Diggs in July and was expected to continue working for him throughout the 2025 NFL season. She claimed her payment arrangement was initially weekly but was later changed to monthly, and at the time of the alleged incident, she had not received a full month’s pay.

According to the report, she believed the confrontation stemmed directly from the unresolved financial dispute.

The newly surfaced allegations arrive as Diggs already faces heightened public and legal scrutiny, with multiple disputes unfolding both on and off the field.

In October 2025, Diggs filed a libel lawsuit against influencer Christopher Blake Griffith, who publicly accused the NFL star of attempting to drug and sexually assault him during an alleged encounter in 2023. Griffith also claimed Diggs later plotted to have him killed. Diggs has categorically denied those allegations, maintaining they were completely fabricated and motivated by personal grievances.

Earlier this year, Diggs was also sued by an ex-girlfriend, who alleged he physically assaulted her during a volatile altercation in the summer of 2024. Diggs has denied those claims as well, with his legal team pushing back on the accusations.

Aside from the mounting legal drama, Diggs recently became a father again, welcoming a son with rapper Cardi B last month.

Shortly after the news broke, the New England Patriots released a statement.

"The New England Patriots are aware of the accusations that have been made regarding Stefon Diggs," they said. "Stefon has informed the organization that he categorically denies the allegations. We support Stefon. We will continue to gather information and will cooperate fully with the appropriate authorities and the NFL as necessary. Out of respect for all parties involved, and given that this is an ongoing legal matter, we will have no further comment at this time."

As of now, Diggs has not personally commented on the incident report.
