"Beverly Hills, 90210" fans who were ready to bring those '90s vibes back in full force with a fun party in Las Vegas on Sunday will have to wait a little longer.

The "'90s After Dark Party" featuring Brian Austin Green and Tori Spelling at Voltaire inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, originally set for Sunday, Dec. 28, has been canceled after Spelling announced she is too ill to attend. The "90210" alum recently shared the news in an Instagram post, explaining her health comes first and the event will be rescheduled at a later date.

Tori Spelling Cancels Vegas Sunday Night Event Due To Illness

While "90210" and '90s era fans were ready for a fun event at Voltaire on Sunday night, it appears they'll have to wait just a little bit longer. Spelling revealed the sad news on Instagram on Saturday morning.

"Hey loves. This hurts to share, but I need to be honest with you. I'm sick and have to postpone our After Dark event this Sunday night in Las Vegas," she wrote. "I've been counting down the days to see you, and it truly breaks my heart to pause something I was so excited for."

She said she needs to "listen" to her body and "choose" her health, and thanks fans for "always showing me so much love and understanding."

"A new date is coming very soon," she concluded. "And I can't wait to see you After Dark."

Many fans hopped into the comment section to share some love and understanding, as well as well wishes for a speedy recovery.

"Sending healing love, my friend," one person wrote. Another added, "So bummed! Was super excited to this, but your health is what matters here! I hope you feel better soon." One other said, "Hi sweetheart, you are wise in putting your health first and naturally, your true friends and admirers will understand that beyond a shadow of a doubt! Wishing you a speedy recovery and healing! 2026 will be a great year, amiga!"

The Event Goes Back In Time To The '90s With Peach Pit After Dark Vibes

The event, when rescheduled, will feature a DJ spinning the greatest hits of the '90s and a special performance by fellow "90210" alums and R&B group Color Me Badd.

Green shared some information about the event exclusively with The Blast earlier in the week before the cancellation.

"You can expect a little fun trip back to the decade when our show existed," Green told The Blast exclusively. "It's all '90s music that we're playing. Color Me Badd is performing, which is pretty cool. It's following the Backstreet Boys show at the Sphere, so it's like for people who are traveling into town to see that and to kind of re-experience and relive it, you don't have to then go back to your hotel, you can come to Voltaire inside The Venetian, literally right outside of Sphere, so it's an easy thing to walk to. You can make a fun night of it."

Green further shared that this event is all about the nostalgia from one of the best decades - the '90s. And bonus - if you're a diehard fan of "Beverly Hills, 90210," this event is going to give you Peach Pit After Dark vibes!

"We really wanted to make something that was nostalgia that made people from that decade look at it and go, I always wanted to hang out at the Peach Pit After Dark. That would have been really fun," he continued. "So now the idea is that we recreate the fun of it. And we want to do more of these things and we want to have surprise performances, we want to have surprise guests, and we really want to make something that feels like that."

For many fans who were planning to attend the Sunday night event in Las Vegas, reminiscing about the days of "90210" brings specific nostalgic feels.

The iconic teen drama helped to define the '90s with music, fashion, and more. The show followed a group of high school friends into early adulthood as they maneuvered through life in the privileged town of Beverly Hills. The show eventually became a cultural phenomenon that helped to influence the decade, but what many fans may not realize is that it wasn't an instant hit.

"At that time in television, people weren't watching numbers the same way and calculating and making steps based on that. Fox was this really small fledgling network that was, for all intents and purposes, it was a cable network at that point, which is why we kind of got the shot that we got, because nobody watched the show for a while," Green said. "It was just a pilot. I'd shot a dozen or so pilots before then, so it was just one of many. So did the pilot, and that was kind of like, okay, cool, nice working with all of you, maybe see you again on some other job. And then because Fox was what it was, they picked us up for the first 13 episodes. We didn't really have any success, but Fox didn't have anything to fill that time slot with."

The show ended up being picked up for the back nine episodes, and had the idea of having summer episodes, something other shows didn't have. That decision ended up changing everything.

"It went from nobody watching to everybody watching within like a week and a half period of time," Green said. "It was a massive success overnight, but it wasn't that way from the beginning. It took us seven months for that to happen."

It's Donna And David Silver's 25th Wedding Anniversary

The timing of the Vegas event brings even more nostalgia to the table - it's Donna and David Silver's 25th wedding anniversary. (Yes...25! Feeling old yet?)

"It's the 25th wedding anniversary of David and Donna. So, it's their silver wedding anniversary," Green said. "They are the Silvers. So, we've been doing a lot of stuff already together just because David and Donna were this iconic couple that people sort of strive to be. We're celebrating what would be the character's 25th wedding anniversary."

It's not been all blissful for the past 25 years for Spelling and Green though. Many fans may not realize that the two didn't speak for about 18 years after the show ended.

"We've sort of talked about it and we don't completely understand how it happened or why, but we've honestly buried the hatchet on it and we're like, listen, never again will it happen because I love her to death and I hope the feeling is mutual," he shared with The Blast.
