Ashley Darby isn't holding back when it comes to her "Real Housewives of Potomac" co-star Wendy Osefo. Following the latter's bombshell arrest in October 2025 on fraud charges, Darby wasted no time shading the former political commentator during a public event, saying she was "making melodies, not felonies." At BravoCon 2025 in November, Wendy and Darby came face to face for the first time on the "RHOP" panel, during which Wendy blasted Darby and declared that she would "not" accept any apologies from the 37-year-old. Now, Darby is responding to that rejection.
Ashley Darby Doubles Down On Earlier Statements About Wendy Osefo During 'WWHL'
During a recent "Watch What Happens Live" episode with Andy Cohen, Darby addressed her feud with Wendy during the massive Bravo fan convention just last month. According to Darby, she apologized to Wendy out of respect for her children before saying that Wendy could "go kick rocks."
When Cohen asked the "RHOP" OG to clarify whether she would change her stance, Darby made it clear that she wouldn't. "No, [I'm sorry] to her family, to her children. They are innocent bystanders in all of this," she said.
Darby Admits Her Earlier Comments About Wendy Osefo Were 'Shady'

Prior to her conversation with Cohen, Darby expressed regret for her comments about Wendy and her family in an interview with Us Weekly. "I was maybe a little shady. I kind of take it back a little bit. I hit a little too hard a little too fast. I can acknowledge that, but I am worried about her, and I hope she’s OK, honestly," she said.
Wendy, on the other hand, kept her answer about her ongoing legal challenges brief, telling the BravoCon audience that she's been reading their messages of support. "You know, it’s an unfortunate situation, and right now I can’t say too much, but I will say when the time is right, I will share my story with everyone, and for now they’re just allegations, so we will continue to push forward," she said.
Wendy Osefo And Her Husband, Eddie, Were Arrested For Allegedly Staging A Burglary

Wendy and her husband, Eddie Osefo, were arrested in the late hours of October 9, 2025, and charged with various counts of fraud. According to Maryland law enforcement officials, Wendy and Eddie allegedly reported a home burglary that never happened, claiming several luxury items had been stolen out of their closet while they were vacationing in Jamaica. Prosecutors stated that during the investigation, they discovered that many of the items the pair claimed were stolen had actually been returned to stores for a full refund. Officials working the case also said that Wendy and Eddie filed several claims with various insurance companies to trigger massive payouts.
Wendy And Eddie Have 'Very Little Money'

During Wendy and Eddie's December 19 court appearance, the reality TV couple pleaded with the court to block the prosecution from viewing their financial records.
However, prosecutors argued that, given public interest in the case, securing the documents would ensure "justice is done." In the same court hearing, prosecutors revealed that Wendy and Eddie have "very little money."
Previously, the prosecution team claimed that Wendy and Eddie exhibited a "pattern of excessive spending," which they noted "supports a motive in their criminal case."
According to legal documents, Wendy and Eddie, a former political commentator and attorney, respectively, are burdened by "substantial debt" and have over 65 credit cards with different banks and retailers.
Sutton Stracke's Home Was Targeted During BravoCon 2025

While details of Wendy and Eddie's case and alleged home burglary unfold, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Sutton Stracke opened up about her home being targeted in November 2025. In an interview covered by The Blast, Stracke got candid about the ordeal, calling it "strange."
She revealed that the burglars entered her home by smashing her kitchen window, later taking luxury handbags from Hermes and Chanel, as well as fine jewelry.
Despite the frightening experience, Stracke isn't planning to walk away from the Bravo cameras any time soon.
"I never conjured the idea that somebody was watching this show to break into my house," she said. "I can't allow myself to live in fear of being on this show and not letting our viewers experience things in its most authentic, truest form."
