New York City is no stranger to over-the-top holiday parties, but Veritas Capital managed to raise the bar thanks to Swedish House Mafia and other high-profile faces. In a season packed with predictable cocktail mixers and polite champagne toasts, the private equity firm quietly delivered what insiders are already calling one of the most unforgettable holiday events of the year. Hosted by CEO Ramzi Musallam at the ultra-exclusive Casa Cipriani in Manhattan, the evening began as an elegant, black-tie-worthy affair before quickly evolving into a full-scale spectacle. What guests expected to be a refined holiday gathering soon transformed into something far bigger, blending luxury, surprise, and high-energy entertainment in a way few corporate events ever attempt.
Veritas Capital Turns A Holiday Party Into A Full-Scale Experience

Following the initial reception, attendees were ushered into a second space that had been transformed into a packed nightclub, where the energy shifted into high gear. The Blast was told that Swedish House Mafia’s Sebastian Ingrosso joined forces with EDM heavyweight Alesso, taking over the decks and keeping the crowd dancing well into the night. The unexpected DJ pairing sent the room into a frenzy, turning the evening into a late-night celebration that rivaled some of the city’s most exclusive clubs.
The guest list reflected the magnitude of the event. According to sources, Owning Manhattan star Ryan Serhant was spotted mingling among the crowd, while former New York Mets pitcher Noah Syndergaard added a dose of sports star power to the already electric mix of attendees.
A Blockbuster Year Capped With A Statement Celebration

Coming off a massive year that included raising a $15 billion fund, Veritas Capital clearly had plenty to celebrate, and did so in a way few firms in the private equity world would dare. Known for investing in high-tech companies across critical sectors like national security, healthcare, and education, the firm leaned into a bold, confident celebration that matched its momentum.
Rather than hosting a traditional corporate holiday party, Veritas Capital delivered a night that felt more like an industry flex, equal parts celebration, spectacle, and statement. The seamless transition from elegant reception to full-throttle nightlife underscored the firm’s willingness to break from convention and do something truly memorable.
A Night Guests Won’t Soon Forget

If the goal was to end the year on a high note, mission accomplished, and then some. In a city that prides itself on excess and exclusivity, Veritas Capital’s holiday bash managed to stand out as one of the most talked-about nights of the season.
For the guests in attendance, it wasn’t just a holiday party. It was a moment. And in New York City, that’s saying something.
