Tara Reid is opening up about the distressing events that unfolded at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago O'Hare last month.
The "American Pie" star revealed the heartbreak and bullying she has endured since the incident.
Despite the police closing the investigation due to insufficient evidence that her drink was spiked, Reid insists the CCTV footage shows key moments missing, leaving 33 minutes unaccounted for.
She hopes that sharing her perspective will shed light on the troubling experience and clarify what truly happened that night.
Tara Reid Reveals Gaps In Hotel CCTV Footage

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, Reid explained that the hotel's CCTV footage did not provide a complete picture of her movements on the night in question.
She stated, "I am off camera many times and outside where there is no footage. The camera also skips five seconds, to 30 seconds or more many times and are missing key information of events."
According to the 50-year-old, the clips she received from the police showed her arriving at the bar, ordering a glass of wine, and leaving it while going outside to smoke.
Reid emphasized that she consumed only two glasses of wine over 30 minutes and returned in a completely different state of mind.
She clarified that she never chugged multiple glasses at once, as some reports implied, and noted, "When the bartender asked me if I wanted another drink I signalled no because I still had a drink I didn't barely touch."
Reid Speaks On The Emotional Toll She Has Endured

Tara Reid also admitted to the outlet that the incident and its aftermath have had a severe effect on her mental health, describing it as a heartbreaking experience.
"All of the bullying I have been subjected to since and everyone twisting reality without the facts they weren't even there to witness is truly affecting my mental health and I need it to stop," Reid said.
She revealed her frustration with media speculation and public judgment, noting that the police closure of the case was due to insufficient evidence, not proof that her drink was safe.
Reid described feeling vulnerable after waking up in the hospital, disoriented, and wearing only a hospital gown.
She stated, "To imagine how terrifying it would be as a woman having some wine and then waking up in the hospital with no clothes on in a gown after 12 hours not having any idea of what happened to me, only to see that videos of the state I was in are all over the world."
Eye Witness Recounts What Reportedly Happened That Night

Additional eyewitness testimony has raised questions about what transpired that night.
Kathy Lain, a flight attendant and nurse, reported seeing Tara Reid interact with a man in a concerning way.
According to her, the man was leaning into the "Sharknado" star, who appeared to have difficulty holding her head up and seemed almost out of it.
Kathy recalled the actress asking the man, "You want to f-ck me?" to which he responded, "Maybe."
The flight attendant said Reid seemed bothered and asked the bartender to call security.
"The bartender asked her if she was serious, and she indicated that she was," Kathy explained.
Reid has maintained that these accounts should be considered in light of her limited memory of the night.
Tara Reid Expresses Her Frustration With Hospital Handling

Reid was also critical of the medical attention she received at Resurrection Medical Center in Rosemont.
She revealed that after getting the hospital results, she was disappointed to find out that no blood alcohol test or substance test was carried out.
According to the Hollywood star, she wasn't even given an IV. Reid expressed disbelief at claims in the medical records that she screamed, shouted, and even fell out of bed at around 3 a.m.
She said, "I do not remember any [of] this." The lack of tests and clarity added to her distress.
Despite the difficulties, Reid remains determined to advocate for awareness and protection.
She told the Daily Mail, "I truly hope my story can help save someone," reinforcing her hope that sharing the truth will prevent similar experiences for others.
Tara Reid Seeks Understanding And Support

Throughout this ordeal, Tara Reid has expressed deep gratitude for the support she has received from friends, family, and fans.
"I want to say thank you to all the people who have had my back and have reached out to me with concern, and want them to know how much that has saved me during this terrible time. You are what has kept me going. From the bottom of my heart, thank you," she said.
She emphasized the importance of speaking out about potential drink spiking while seeking privacy and understanding.
Reid noted that she needed to focus on healing and further clarified that she hadn't publicly accused or implicated anyone.
