A shocking court filing in a lawsuit claims John Travolta and Kelly Preston's son, Ben, was conceived using eggs from Elvis Presley's granddaughter, Riley Keough.
The lawsuit, which involves Priscilla Presley and her ex-associate Brigitte Kruse, has Kruse alleging that the late Preston couldn't use her own eggs, and prior attempts with Lisa Marie Presley's eggs were abandoned.
Priscilla Presley's lawyers deny the claims as baseless and irrelevant, and the new filing comes amid ongoing legal battles, including a failed attempt to disqualify Priscilla's longtime attorney.
Lawsuit Alleges Unusual Fertility Arrangements Behind Birth Of John Travolta And Kelly Preston's Youngest Child

Travolta and Preston shared three children during their marriage, but a new court filing is making an extraordinary claim about their youngest son's biological origins.
According to recently filed legal documents in an ongoing lawsuit involving Priscilla Presley's former business associate, Brigitte Kruse, it is alleged that the couple's son, Ben Travolta, was conceived using eggs from Riley Keough, Lisa Marie Presley's daughter.
Kruse is currently suing Priscilla's son, Navarone Garcia, for alleged breach of contract. While that case centers on business matters, the amended complaint contains explosive assertions that go far beyond the core dispute.

In the filing, obtained by TMZ, Kruse claims she was told by Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie's former husband, that Preston was unable to conceive using her own eggs.
Kruse further alleges that Travolta and Preston had previously attempted to use Lisa Marie's eggs but later abandoned the idea, allegedly due to concerns about the singer's past struggles with substance abuse, as they did not want "eggs with heroin" on them.
The documents do not confirm whether any pregnancy resulted from those earlier attempts.
Court Filing Alleges Surrogacy Deal Involving Riley Keough And The Travolta Family

Kruse's complaint goes on to allege that a later arrangement was made in which Keough provided eggs so Preston could carry the child who would become Ben Travolta, now 15.
According to the filing, Keough was compensated with a vintage Jaguar and a payment said to be between $10,000 and $20,000.
Kruse also claims Lockwood confided in her that he was in severe financial distress at the time and believed this alleged information could be leveraged into a financial settlement for himself and his children.
She further alleges Lockwood pressured her repeatedly, suggesting that Travolta "needed to help salvage his career amid claims of sexual assault against other men."
Included in the filing are references to handwritten notes containing phrases such as "CA fertility partners," "Ben Travolta," and "Kelly Preston carried baby," along with text messages in which Ben is seemingly described as Priscilla Presley's "beautiful great-grandson."
Priscilla Presley's Lawyers Slam Allegations As Baseless, Vow Court Response

However, Priscilla's legal team strongly rejected the allegations. Attorneys Marty Singer and Wayne Harman issued a statement condemning the claims as reckless and irrelevant, accusing Kruse and her associates of attempting to inflict emotional harm and exert improper pressure through sensational accusations.
They noted: "In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley's son, cousin, and assistant."
The lawyers continued, "These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court."
Priscilla Presley's Former Associate Is Allegedly 'Heartbroken' After Filing The Latest Amendment

Meanwhile, Jordan Matthews of Holtz Matthews LLP, representing Kruse and Kevin Fialko, has also responded, claiming that his clients feel saddened that they had to resort to the latest court filing.
He stated that they were "heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint."
Matthews also denied accusations of wrongdoing, stating that the filing was intended to clarify facts, present evidence, and reflect efforts made in good faith to stabilize ongoing conflicts within the Presley family.
Judge Rejects Bid To Disqualify Priscilla Presley's Lawyer In Elder Abuse Lawsuit

The renewed legal clash comes shortly after Priscilla successfully fought off an attempt to remove Marty Singer as her attorney in her financial elder abuse lawsuit against Kruse.
During a hearing in Santa Monica, a judge rejected claims that Singer had previously provided Kruse with legal advice, which Kruse argued created a conflict of interest.
Judge Mark Epstein said Kruse failed to provide sufficient proof that Singer counseled her in 2022 or 2023 regarding her business dealings with Presley, calling the evidence "very thin."
Kruse had claimed she spoke with Singer after receiving a litigation threat from Elvis Presley Enterprises in August 2022 and again in February 2023 following a cease-and-desist letter related to a beauty serum deal.
"I have doubts," Judge Epstein told Kruse's attorney, per Rolling Stone. "You've given me no evidence other than a statement by Ms. Kruse. I've got no retention agreement, no email, no phone record, no notes of a conversation, no reference to a conversation in a text to Ms. Presley. I got nothing."
