ACE Family's Austin & Catherine McBroom Facing Multiple Lawsuits Amid Social Gloves Drama

The hits just keep on coming for the ACE Family’s Austin McBroom & Catherine Paiz.

It seems every week, there’s a new scandal, rumor or drama surrounding the ACE Family.

The latest drama comes in the form of unpaid wages, bills and taxes!!!

Last month, The Blast reported that Austin and Catherine were accused of not paying fighters from the ‘YouTubers vs. TikTokers’ boxing match.

Early last month YouTubers and TikTokers faced off in a boxing match called, “Social Gloves: Battle of the Platforms- YouTubers vs TikTokers.”

It’s rumored that most of the fighters that took part in Social Gloves’ fight night have not been paid.

According to Dexerto, a number of fighters from the YouTubers vs TikTokers event, as well as their friends, have claimed that they’ve not been paid in the aftermath.

It has also been alleged that McBroom is the owner or at least a co-owner of Social Gloves.

Austin neither confirmed nor denied having ownership of the company.

A new report published to Dexerto.com claims that new documentation has come to light showing that the ACE Family may be facing two lawsuits.

The current pending lawsuits seem to deal with their $7 million dollar mansion and a social media company.

Dexerto reports, “The first lawsuit was filed in September 2020 by a social media company named “Subify LLC,” while the second lawsuit, filed in April 2021, was filed by a rental company for construction equipment, named “Ahern Rentals.”

Gossip influencer, Def Noodles, also posted alleged receipts of the documentation.

On Monday, July 5, the social media account posted what appear to be legal documents pertaining to pre-foreclosure.

The accompanying tweet reads, “Ace Family allegedly facing eviction on their home after allegedly failing to make mortgage and tax payments, according to documents posted on several internet forums.

Then on Tuesday, July 6, Def Noodles published yet another lawsuit bombshell. The social account claims Austin and Catherine are actually facing three lawsuits.

“Ace Family facing 2 more lawsuits. One filed April 2021 by construction equipment rental company; other filed September 2020 by social media company, which appears to be pending. Ace Family allegedly facing total of 3 lawsuits, pre-foreclosure, and paying fighters,” Def Noodles tweeted on July 6.

Austin and Catherine haven’t publicly addressed the drama regarding payment for the Social Gloves fight or the pending lawsuits.

However, both of them took to their Snapchat stories earlier this week to post videos of them enjoying time outside while bike riding.

The patriarch of the ACE Family posted a video of Catherine on a bike wearing sunglasses which he called “hater blockers.”

In the video, you can hear Austin say, “You got your hater blockers on?”

They also posted inspirational messages to their individual Instagram stories.
