Smokey Robinson and his wife, Frances Gladney, have leveled new allegations against one of the women who filed sexual assault allegations against them.

The Motown legend and his wife recently accused a woman identified as Jane Doe 4 of theft, calling her out for petty revenge. She and five other accusers came out to accuse the "Baby Baby Don't Cry" hitmaker of sexual abuse, harassment, and more.

Smokey Robinson has vehemently denied the allegations, accusing the group of spreading false allegations to extort him.

According to new reports, Robinson and his wife filed for a temporary restraining order against Jane Doe 4 on Monday, December 8. They accused the woman of illegally accessing a storage unit they own and stealing "thousands of dollars' worth of valuables."

They claimed the incident was carried out "with malicious intent [and] without consent" on November 22, and had security footage to back their allegations. Robinson's attorneys claimed the woman and two accomplices were captured on camera hauling 40 boxes out of the storage unit.

Christopher Frost, one of the lawyers representing Robinson, told The Daily Mail that the incident proved how petty the singer's accuser was. He doubled down on their extortion defense, claiming the woman and the other accusers were "motivated by greed."

Frost noted that he was helping Robinson and his wife sue Jane Doe 4 for "financial elder abuse, conversion, and invasion of privacy." He declared that he would do everything within his power to ensure the elderly couple was protected from the woman and her accomplices.

"There seem to be no limits on what they are willing to do," Forst added. On the other hand, attorneys for Jane Doe 4 have denied the theft allegations and slammed it as "a desperate fabrication intended to retaliate against Jane Doe 4."

The woman's legal reps claimed Robinson was out to get her because of "her damning testimony during her December 5 deposition." The attorneys added that the Motown icon hoped to distract the court with the theft drama following the new allegations brought against him by Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 5.

In her allegations, Jane Doe 4 claimed she faced "repeated sexual assaults and sexual harassment" under Robinson's employment before she was unjustly let go in 2024. The Blast shared that the other accusers echoed similar sentiments about their alleged experiences.

A total of six people, five women and one man, have dropped sexual assault allegations against Robinson. His wife was dragged into the case for being compliant with the alleged abuse of their staff. The male accuser became publicly known in November following his tales of horror.

The male accuser claimed Robinson would make sexually suggestive gestures and remarks towards him, and even tried to coax him into a room. However, he always shut down his advances by asking him to "put some clothes on."

The man noted that his refusal did not stop Robinson's advances from escalating as the singer allegedly grabbed his hand "without consent and attempted to force it onto his erect p-nis." The male accuser claimed he was fired after this incident in 2022.

Surprisingly, Robinson's wife asked him to come back a year later, but the alleged harassment never ended. The man claimed he was forced to leave out of fear for his safety after learning that there were other victims with similar experiences.

All six of Robinson's accusers were once people under his employment, whom he argued never suffered any grievances while working for him. The music legend planned to prove his innocence with a disclosure request that was recently granted.

The Blast shared that a judge ordered four of Robinson's accusers to provide their cell phones for imaging. The singer asked for their devices as evidence because the communications they shared before the lawsuit would allegedly showcase no ill will between them.

The Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame honoree's attorney raved about the small victory in a statement, saying: "We are pleased to finally be able to access information that will help the court, a jury, and the public know the truth."
