Miley Cyrus In Braless Dress Warned To Stop 'Ozempic' After Weight Loss

Miley Cyrus has sparked weight worries as she shows off a glam designer dress. The singer, 33, has largely stayed off the list of celebrities rumored to have used weight loss drug Ozempic, but it looks like some fans now think she's been busy injecting. Displaying her super-slim figure at an Avatar: Fire and Ash Q&A recently, Miley showed off her muscular frame in a sweeping strapless dress, rocking high-end designer Elie Saab as she kept her look floaty and feminine. While some fans commented on the dress, others had their eye on Miley's figure. One user even told the "Flowers" hitmaker to quit the Ozempic.

Going floor-length in a tight tan number with snakeskin-print, horizontal banding, the Grammy winner flaunted her super-slim waist and trim hips, going braless as she flashed her chest muscles and wore a bun hairdo.

Rocking floaty layers below the knee for some structure, Miley concealed her legs in her expensive gown, showing off her tattoos and tan while wearing her light locks tied up. The pop sensation opted for warming makeup and bronzer, accentuating her high cheekbones while sporting a deep red lip. The photos were shared on Instagram by Just Jared, where comments proved very mixed.

"Love Miley but the dress is a catastrophic disaster. Elie Saab used to be so good," one user replied. "Girl, put the Ozempic down," another said. Miley Cyrus has never admitted to using any kind of weight loss medication.

Miley Cyrus has always been known for having a naturally wiry frame, although this isn't the first time that she's sparked weight worries. Following her 2018 split from ex-husband Liam Hemsworth, the singer had fans thinking she's gotten too skinny, although the concerns quickly faded.

In 2020, Miley spoke on TheJoe Rogan Experience podcast, revealing that she'd quit being a vegan. "I was vegan for a very long time and I’ve had to introduce fish and omegas into my life because my brain wasn’t functioning properly," she shared, adding: "Now I’m so much sharper than I was and I think that I was, at one point, pretty malnutritioned."

2023 brought Miley Cyrus' smash-hit "Flowers" track and accompanying Endless Summer Vacation album. In this photo, taken two years ago, the star showed off a slightly fuller figure, looking stylish in another strapless dress. She used her Instagram photo to celebrate "Flowers" continuing to top music charts for an eighth consecutive week. Miley has since released her 2025 Something Beautiful album.
