Billy Ray Cyrus is back in doting dad mode as he prepares to welcome Miley Cyrus' fiancé into the fold!
The country music legend is giving his daughter an overdose of love as she decides to give a walk down the aisle another shot with Maxx Morando, years after calling it quits with Liam Hemsworth.
Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley Cyrus renewed their father-daughter relationship after months of estrangement due to his divorce from her mother, Tish Cyrus, and subsequent failed marriage to musician, Firerose.
Billy Ray Cyrus Credits Dolly Parton For 'Special' Miley Cyrus

The singer reacted to his daughter's engagement in a post one day after she confirmed that she and her long-time boyfriend, Maxx Morando, were getting married. Billy uploaded a picture of younger Miley sandwiched between himself and music legend Dolly Parton.
In the post, Billy raved about how much his daughter meant to him, stating: "No wonder you turned out so special…you have the greatest Godmother in the world!!!."
He expressed his happiness at the fact that Miley and Maxx found each other to share love and happiness. The post was well-received by hundreds of fans who dropped several love emojis and well-wishes. One fan declared:
"Always loved you, Billy Ray. Visited with your Mom at her home during your first VIP tour and met you at the reception over 30 years ago. You and Elizabeth make a great couple. Miley looks so happy, too! Congratulations!."
Another commenter expressed their happiness that Miley eventually found someone to be happy, as the "congratulations" kept flooding in.
The Couple's Engagement Trailled By Gold-Digging Comments

Right in the midst of the sweet comments that trailed Billy's Instagram post, a few fans did not forget to cast their doubts on the engagement and Maxx's alleged motive.
One concerned fan declared, "Miley doesn't even love him; she's not happy with him. He's an escape plan for her. If you love her, why do you support this? Wake up and save her from a huge mistake, if you love her!"
Another user added that Maxx does not look approachable half the time, and Miley needs a man, not someone like her now-fiancé. This Instagram user stressed that Maxx was only around Miley for her name and not because he loved her.
"Miley doesn't even love him; she's not happy with him. He's an escape plan for her. If you love her, why do you support this? Wake up and save her from a huge mistake, if you love her!" the commenter insisted.
Inside Miley Cyrus' Engagement To Maxx Morando

Maxx's father was beyond elated to share pictures from the intimate ceremony, which featured a close-up shot of Miley's ring. The Blast shared that the question was seemingly popped at the singer's 33rd birthday celebration, where she posed with her heartthrob.
The confirmation comes days after Miley and Maxx sparked engagement rumors following a red carpet appearance earlier in December. The couple was present for the Los Angeles premiere of "Avatar: Fire and Ash" at the Dolby Theatre.
Miley and her now-fiancé showed up at the venue in matching black outfits, where Miley donned a strapless sequined gown designed with a ruffled train for drama. Maxx looked dapper in a classic black tuxedo without a tie.
Maxx and his beau looked every inch in love during the ceremony, where the "Hannah Montana" star flashed her left finger to the camera, presumably to give the public a closer look at the gem on that finger.
The 'Old Town Road' Singer's Previous Praise Of His Kids

Billy took a break from his months of silence with Miley earlier in the year to sing praises of the Grammy winner and her younger sister after their recent musical achievements. As noted by The Blast, Billy uploaded a post on Instagram and attached a very dramatic caption alongside twin images of his girls.
"You are witnessing in real time what it feels like for a Dad who, with in less than one week's time, has had his a-s kicked and his mind blown by not one …but two of his own daughters @mileycyrus @noahcyrus," the post began.
He congratulated his daughters for their artistic evolution and expressed his immense pride in the sisters. In his words: "I'm so damn proud of both of you. I'm actually crying as I write this. Thank God you can't see me. Have fun now and be happy! Love Dad."
Unlike the positive response his daughters got following their performance, Billy earned knocks for his performance at President Donald Trump's inaugural ball, where he performed his hit song "Achy Breaky Heart" and "Old Town Road."
Billy Ray Cyrus Sued For Peace And Prayers Amid The Rift In His Family

The artist also earned disapproving comments from some of his kids following the Trump performance, especially from his son, Trace Cyrus, who found his performance embarrassing.
Trace's comment led to a back-and-forth between him and Braison Cyrus, who shared different perspectives about the performance. In the middle of the exchange, Billy came online with a plea that the public prays for his family, his sons, daughters, and their mother.
He added that his broken family was in dire need of a healing touch to help restore peace and normalcy. Trace lamented that while he grew up admiring Billy for adopting him and being such a musical legend, he seemed to have declined greatly over the years.
"Sadly, the man that I wanted so desperately to be just like I barely recognize now. It seems this world has beaten you down, and it's become obvious to everyone but you," Trace noted.
