The daughter of polarizing political figure, Kellyanne Conway, just opened up about her relationship status with her mom and whether or not it was all a big PR stunt.
Anyone who has kept up with the Conways know that the family is far from picture perfect. Their family turmoil and run-ins with the police have been documented on Claudia’s social media.
Kellyanne, who served as former president Trump’s senior advisor and campaign manager, was accused by Claudia of leaking a nude photo of her on her official Twitter account.
At the time of the leak in January, Claudia called for her mom to be arrested and thrown in jail; however, not long after she retracted her statement.
Claudia released a video on TikTok saying, “I have faith, and I know that my mother would never put something like that on the Internet, as well as me, we would never do that.”

She continued to defend her mother saying, “We fight like mothers and daughters but we also love like mothers and daughters, and I do love her,” she said in the video, adding that she was not forced to make the video: “It’s coming from me.”
“We are really tired of headlines…please do not incite hate or violence on my family…I love my mom and she loves me,” Claudia said.
She felt that her mother’s phone was hacked and her reaction was done out of impulse.
“I acted irrationally and impulsively, and it is something I do regret. I know my mother would never, ever post something to hurt me like that intentionally, and I do believe she was hacked,” the teenager said.
Now, Claudia is addressing rumors that their entire feud was all for publicity.

In a series of TikTok videos Claudia said, “I was seeking help, earlier this year, last year…I am happy and I am safe. My relationship with my mom is actually really good right know…We got the guidance we needed together…She’s been through things, traumas, that I can’t even fathom…I love her. Things are much better. I’m grateful.”
“No, it was not a publicity stunt. Yes, I was in an unsafe place. Yes, we are better now and I’m safe and our relationship is great. A lot of people think I’m being forced to say these things…I’m not,” she continued. “Everything was not a publicity stunt. It was not for attention. It was not for clout. It was simply to raise awareness.”
She captioned her video, “time teaches you growth and maturity and I am extremely grateful we are better.”
Cheers to new beginnings.
