Trouble looms ahead for Kevin Spacey, as he has found himself facing more legal problems in the form of multiple sexual assault accusations brought against him.
The American actor has been accused of sexually assaulting three men. However, he vehemently denied the claims.
Besides facing legal trouble, Spacey was also rumored to be homeless amid financial challenges. However, he later came forward to debunk the claims.
Kevin Spacey Is Set To Face More Sexual Assault Lawsuits

Kevin Spacey's return to Hollywood has been marked by tumultuous times. Following accusations of assaulting three men between 2000 and 2013, the BBC reports that a judge has set a provisional trial date of October 12, 2026.
Spacey's accusers include a man anonymously dubbed as "LNP," who alleged that he "deliberately assaulted" him on 12 occasions over the course of five years in the early 2000s.
Meanwhile, another victim, "GHI," alleged that the Academy Award winner assaulted him in 2008, allegedly leading to severe psychiatric damage and financial loss.
Notably, "GHI" had previously sued Spacey in 2022, but the case took a backseat when the actor faced criminal charges. The third man who accused Spacey of sexual misconduct is one Ruari Cannon, who alleged that the actor groped him at a party at the Old Vic in 2013.
Cannon previously brought these same accusations against Spacey in 2024. However, the actor dismissed them, saying they were "ridiculous and it never happened."
Although Spacey has denied all wrongdoing, the three claims will either be heard in a single trial in October next year or in three consecutive trials.
Kevin Spacey Clears The Air About Reportedly Being Homeless

News of Spacey's impending sexual assault lawsuit comes a few days after the actor clarified reports about him being homeless.
The "House of Cards" actor had previously spoken about living in hotels and Airbnbs, which led to reports that he was homeless due to financial trouble.
As The Blast reported, he took to social media to clear the air, saying, "I don't usually make it my business to correct the media. If I did, I wouldn't have time for much else, but in light of the recent articles claiming I am homeless, I feel the need to respond."
He continued, "Not to the press, but to the thousands of people who've reached out over the past few days, offering me a place to stay or have just asked if I'm ok."
He explained that while he was drifting between different living spaces, he wasn't exactly homeless as people interpreted it to mean.
Spacey Was Drifting Between Hotels Amid Financial Troubles

Reports that Spacey was homeless arose after he revealed that he had given up his home in Baltimore and had put his possessions in storage.
He admitted that he was shuffling between hotels and short-term rentals as his income had taken a serious hit.
According to The Blast, Spacey noted that his costs of living have become "astronomical" as he had very little money coming in and "everything going out." He also acknowledged that while he hasn't formally reached bankruptcy, things were "not great" for him.
Documentary Revealed Explosive Allegations Made Against The 'Baby Driver' Actor

Spacey's dire financial situation is likely a result of not getting a lot of work due to being embroiled in numerous sexual misconduct claims.
Besides the most recent claims, the actor has also faced sexual misconduct allegations in the past. Last year, a documentary detailing Spacey's allegations of misconduct aired in May 2024.
Per The Blast, the film was created to "explore never-before-heard experiences and emotional testimony around allegations against the Oscar-winning actor for over three decades, tracing back to 1981," including "first-hand accounts from multiple men who have previously not shared their stories publicly."
The documentary, titled "Spacey Unmasked," featured 10 men who claimed that the actor requested "sexual favors" in exchange for career placement in the industry.
Kevin Spacey Made His Hollywood Return This Year

In light of the numerous allegations brought against him, Spacey took a break from appearing in TV shows and movies. However, he recently made his return, albeit quietly.
In June, the two-time Oscar winner took the stage at the Italian Global Series Festival (IGSF) in Rimini, where he spoke about his legal troubles,
He admitted that they allowed him "to stop, assess, reassess and listen, and be very grateful for the work I'm able to do both on screen and off screen," as reported by The Blast.
He also expressed gratitude to those who stood by him despite it all and noted that he holds no grudges against those who "rushed to judgment" and decided he was guilty.
