Gisele Bündchen Splashes Big On New Property For ‘Ultimate Coastal Lifestyle’ With BF Joaquim Valente

Gisele Bündchenis making big money moves and living her best life alongside boyfriend Joaquim Valente.

The 45-year-old supermodel, who began dating her jiu-jitsu instructor roughly a year after her divorce from Tom Brady, has been enjoying her family time with her partner. 

Now, she's creating the picture-perfect lifestyle for them. Months after welcoming a baby boy, the fashion star acquired another expensive waterfront mansion. 

The former Victoria's Secret Angel has splurged $14.5 million on a six-bedroom megamansion located right next door to the home she currently lives with Valente and their new son in Miami's exclusive Surfside area.

The high-end property features six bathrooms, top-tier appliances, and a private spa, and according to a listing, it’s described as “perfect for the ultimate coastal lifestyle.” 

Photos obtained by the Daily Mail highlight the estate's beautiful landscape with palm trees, a large swimming pool, and a private dock extending into Biscayne Bay.

Bündchen, who already owns three homes in Florida, has made Surfside her base for several years. Her ex-husband Brady resides nearby on the ultra-private Indian Creek Island, dubbed the “Billionaire Bunker.”

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are also close neighbors of Bündchen and have been spotted enjoying yacht outings with the couple.

Alongside her real estate upgrades, Bündchen has also stepped back into the spotlight, making her glamorous red carpet return at the Fashion Trust Arabia 2025 Finalists showcase a few days ago.

As PEOPLE Magazine reported, for the November 21 event, the runway icon stunned in a sleek all-white ensemble, and the following night was no exception.

She delivered another head-turning look at the official awards ceremony, dazzling in a silver floral Valentino gown from the Spring 2026 collection that featured a daring thigh-high slit.

She accessorized with gold Jimmy Choo Etana 80 sandals, a matching Valentino Devain Jacquard bag, and a Chanel Coco Crush bracelet, while her signature blonde waves were styled elegantly to one side.

When Bündchen is not flaunting jaw-dropping fashion looks, she can be found soaking up adorable moments with her beau and their toddler and giving her fans glimpses of it.

For her 45th birthday in July, she highlighted her family life with Valente shining in fatherhood.  As The Blast covered, the cover girl posted several pictures from the vacation on her Instagram.

In one outdoor group shot, Valente is seen being a sweet dad, standing beside Bündchen while holding their baby boy. The child's face was hidden with a white heart emoji to protect his privacy.

Another image in the set captured a sweet birthday gesture from the little one. Bündchen received a handmade card with the message "Happy Birthday Mom!!!" written in Brazilian Portuguese, signed off by the footprint of the boy. 

Beyond family updates, the former runway star also uses her platform to promote wellness. Just last month, The Blast reported she opened up about her simple but powerful strategy for managing stress. 

According to Bündchen, physical activity helps restore "flow, oxygen, clarity, and presence." She noted that stress often manifests physically by tightening the body and that exercise or even gentle movement can release that tension.

To inspire her followers, she shared photos of her favorite ways to stay active, practicing yoga in the desert for mindfulness, wakeboarding for balance and fun, and sparring in jiu-jitsu with Valente to build strength and focus.

Bündchen then encouraged her followers to choose whatever form of activity feels natural.

While Bündchen is thriving in her new chapter with Valente, Brady has continued to reference their past marriage.

In a July newsletter he published, which The Blast reported, the former NFL star reflected on his family life, making subtle criticisms of Bündchen, who had reportedly encouraged him to retire to spend more time at home.

Brady suggested that his dedication to football was his way of providing for their children, claiming that his professional commitment set an example for them. He also implied that great parenting goes beyond bedtime stories and homework help.
