The mother of two has something to look forward to for the new year after a daunting last quarter of 2025. The Blast stated that she will make a grand return to the glorious stage of Broadway as Angélique from December 11, 2025, to March 8, 2026.

She had praised Max Martin's writing prowess as one of the masterminds behind the production, which will be a celebration of his catalog. Burruss's four-month stint on Broadway is not her first time as a theatre performer, as she worked on a musical in 2018.

The singer joined the cast of "Chicago" for an eight-week production where she played the role of Matron "Mama" Morton, which was previously played by her former co-star, NeNe Leakes.

She has also joined the team of producers earlier this year for the adaptation of Shakespeare's "Othello," which featured Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal.

The production earned about $3 million with just eight performances after it opened in March, making it the highest-grossing play in Broadway history.
