Despite ongoing speculation about cosmetic work, Lohan has consistently maintained that her beauty routine leans toward wellness, not surgery.

In a Vogue Arabia clip from the event, she shared her excitement about being in Doha with her family, calling it "a beautiful night."

Her mother, Dina Lohan, also chimed in with a proud, affectionate comment, writing: "So proud of you, beautiful."

In a previous Elle interview with Chloe Fineman, the "Mean Girls" actress addressed plastic-surgery rumors head-on.

While she acknowledged that "everyone does Botox," she emphasized that her own routine centers on hydration, nutrition, and skincare.

"I drink this juice every morning — it's like carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, and apple. I also drink a lot of green tea, a lot of water," she shared.

Earlier this month, Lohan gave fans a glimpse of her natural glow in a new makeup-free Instagram video.

The "Freaky Friday" star was spotted doing reformer pilates in an all-black gym outfit, her hair pulled back in a casual bun, completely bare-faced. She captioned the clip: "Starting the week off right."

Going makeup-free isn't new for the mom-of-one. This past August, she shared a sun-kissed selfie captioned, "Skin's on vacation mode," and earlier in June, she appeared without makeup while on holiday with her son, Luai.

Despite embracing a natural look, Lohan is also developing her own beauty line. In her Elle interview, she shared, "I am developing my own line...More along the beauty line. It's taking a long time because I'm very specific, I'm crazy about my skin and health."

Lohan also opened up about how motherhood transformed her skincare routine, sharing that her skin "changed after having my son."

"It got really sensitive," she explained. "That's what really made me change my whole routine and diet and everything. I did blood tests, and I was like, 'I want to know everything I'm allergic to.' So I cut everything out, and that's kind of when everything started to change for me."

Though navigating postpartum skin changes was challenging, the "Parent Trap" actress says it ultimately helped her understand how to care for her skin long-term.

On dealing with media scrutiny, Lohan dismissed cosmetic-surgery rumors with humor.

"I'm like… when? With what time? Where?" she noted during her Elle magazine chat with Fineman.
