The Mayfair Supper Club At Bellagio Unveils Next Act With Dazzling New Fountainside Show

A bold new show is getting ready to debut on New Year’s Eve on the Strip that will open an exciting new chapter for a popular fountainside restaurant. 

The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas is getting ready to enter a new era as it unveils a reimagined entertainment experience created in partnership with award-winning production company Outside The Box Amusements (OTBA). 

Andrew Katz, Producer for Outside The Box Amusements, had some time between show rehearsals to sit down with The Blast to share a little insight into what guests can expect from the new show. 

Long celebrated as Las Vegas’ premier destination for immersive dining and live performance, the iconic fountainside venue will debut its exciting new show on New Year’s Eve 2025.

Blending OTBA’s signature theatrical innovation with the elegance and glamour of The Mayfair Supper Club, the refreshed production marks the next evolution of Bellagio’s commitment to world-class entertainment.

When asked what guests can expect from the new show, Katz said, "first and foremost, expect the unexpected."

"Not to be too esoteric, but we're really excited to be putting together this deliciously fun dinner party on the Strip that will run seven nights a week," he told The Blast exclusively. "It's sort of flirtatious, where the sublime collides with the surreal."

OTBA was excited to be able to bring a new show to the fountainside dining experience.

"We're really excited to be able to bring in a new slate of incredible talent that we've curated from around the world, including some incredible local Vegas acts and some of the performers that we've worked with on our various ventures and venues all around the world," Katz said. "We're really creating a dream dinner. We want to have something that seamlessly interacts with the dinner service and sort of ebbs and flows throughout the night and compliments the food and beverage offerings."

The show will comprise of about 15 performers ranging from acrobatics, variety acts, magic, and more. It will be an "immersive experience that takes over all seven corners of the Mayfair" and creates an atmosphere filled with amazing moments to "punctuate the dinner service."

The new show at The Mayfair Supper Club promises to not only be spectacular, but also something guests can come back time and time again to enjoy.

OTBA said that even if a guest went back the very next day after experiencing the show, they would see something different. They are aiming to "develop enough material and characters" to be able to offer a different experience every visit.

Activations are being set to happen every day from 5 to 11 p.m. and they plan to be able to rotate the live performance experience so every show is a new show.

"Currently, the dinner service is operating from 5 to 11 on the weekdays, and I believe it goes until midnight on the weekends," Katz said. "But there will be continued development as we build out the new, evolved experience at the Mayfair, and very likely that you'll see late-night activations and some more night-like programming that's going to happen in the space in the future."

The Fountains of Bellagio is just another bonus of visiting The Mayfair Supper Club.

According to the Bellagio's website, The Mayfair Supper club is "much more than dinner."

It promises not only a feast for the senses with impeccable presentations, flavor profiles and spirit selections, but a return to the glamorous eras of Las Vegas and old New York set against the Fountains of Bellagio. In all the best ways, The Mayfair is anything but the usual," the website states.

Known for its work on Usher's hit Las Vegas residency as well as multiple collaborations with top global brands, live productions, and musicians, OTBA is bringing their theatrical flair to the culinary stage for the first time at The Mayfair Supper Club.

"Our background comes from everything from nightlife to immersive theater to variety theater, so we sort of live in that vaudevillian mindset of things always wanting to change and be able to showcase new talent and potentially have guests come in," OTBA shard.

"So we want to create an envelope, whether that happens right now in the first phase of the previews or opening night of the show or down the line where we can have the ability to showcase all sorts of different experiences and continue to have that novelty there."
