Khloé Kardashian is setting the record straight on her relationship with ex-fiancé Tristan Thompson.
"The Kardashians" star shares two children with Thompson, True and Tatum, from their romance that lasted for about five years before officially ending in 2021.

Khloé shut down any rumors about rekindling a relationship with her ex-fiancé while answering a fan's question on her podcast.
"I think what I find so funny is that people are always like, 'How do you let Tristan back in?' And I'm like, 'Well, Tristan is not back in,'" Khloé explained.
She emphasized that Thompson's role is strictly as a father, adding, "He's just the father of my kids, so he's going to be around his kids, and I'm really grateful that he is."
According to The Daily Mail, Khloé praised Tristan for maintaining a strong connection with their children. "I love that he has a great relationship with his kids. I think that's a beautiful blessing and I'm never going to get in the way of that," she said, noting the importance of nurturing their bond.

Khloé may have closed the door on a romantic relationship with Tristan, but her connection to his family remains strong. The mother-of-two has been taking care of his younger brother Amari, following the death of their mother, Andrea Thompson, in 2023.
The Blast reports that in July, she revealed on her podcast that she stepped in to help care for Amari because he had lost his primary caregiver and needed extra support. To ensure his well-being, the family brought him from Canada to the United States, while Tristan pursued legal guardianship.
Khloé noted that the basketballer's busy schedule made it challenging for him to provide consistent care, especially with Amari's health struggles, including multiple seizures.
"We just want to provide Amari with the best, most beautiful life that we know how. And he deserves that," Khloé said.

Fans of Khloé will not be shocked by her latest revelation, as she shared back in October that she has been practicing celibacy for more than three years. The 41-year-old revealed the news during a conversation with Simon Huck, the creator of Lemme, the gummy brand he co-founded with her sister Kourtney.
The Blast notes that Simon brought up Julia Fox's celibacy for an upcoming campaign, mentioning that the actress had not been intimate in four years. Khloé chimed in, sharing, "I haven't had sex in over three years."
When Simon asked to see if she was dating or messaging anyone, Khloé gave a clear response that she was "really not dating anyone." When he pressed further, she firmly stated, "No. Not anyone I'm texting. I don't have any person's phone number."

In her words, "Listen, I work out to get laid. Someone's gonna see this naked one day,' and it has to look good. … one day." She joked that the thought of someone seeing her unclothed "one day" keeps her focused, adding that the body she is building now is for that future moment.
Her comments came after she quoted Laura's 2022 remark about not dressing or working out for attention. Khloé made it clear that her drive is much simpler; she wants to feel confident when the time comes.

The Blast reports that while heading to an event hosted by her former trainer, Barry Jay, Khloé reminded Kourtney of the day he bluntly insulted her during a run.
She recalled stopping to catch her breath when he snapped, "That's why you're fat!" Khloé said she shot back, "That's why I'm here," but the comment stuck.
Speaking directly to the camera, she noted that she was heavier back then, yet the approach still felt off. She did not confront him at the time, chalking it up to the era, a mid-2000s fitness world obsessed with extreme thinness and tough talk.
