Andy Byron, the married former Astronomer CEO involved in the viral Coldplay kiss-cam scandal, has reportedly sold his home in Manhattan.

The home went for a hefty sum and was sold without any public marketing of the sale. Interestingly, the deed to the house suggests that Byron is still married to his wife, despite embracing Kristin Cabot, Astronomer's former chief people officer, at the Coldplay show in Boston in late July.

Weeks ago, Andt Byron was also seen strolling with his wife in Maine, which hints that they may have resolved their marital issues.

Andy Byron, the tech CEO whose career imploded after being caught in a romantic embrace with a subordinate at a Coldplay concert, has sold a home he owned in Manhattan.

Byron was the CEO of Astronomer and resigned shortly after the scandal went viral on social media in July. His resignation was followed by that of Kristin Cabot, the subordinate he was caught canoodling with at the show in July.

He has now sold the 2,800-square-foot, full-floor condo for $5.8 million to Charlotte Tenorio and Patrick Smith, according to the deed obtained by Crain's New York. The duo is said to have financed the deal through a multi-million dollar mortgage from their bank.

The home boasts four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a living space with exposed brick walls. It also features an open-concept kitchen complete with a wine cooler, alongside other modern amenities.

It is unclear why the tech CEO chose to sell the home, but it could be linked to the fact that he is no longer CEO of Astronomer, which is also located in Manhattan.

According to the news outlet, there was no public marketing of the home, but that didn't stop the deal from being "coalesced quickly."

Upon the sale of the home, the Byrons made a profit of $400,000, having previously purchased it for $5.4 million in 2022.

The condo was purchased from Veracity Partners, who are listed as the developer of the building.

They were also spotted enjoying a cozy sunset picnic at the beach, seated on deck chairs and taking in the sea breeze while snacking on sodas and other treats.

As for Cabot, she is currently separated from her husband, Andrew, in the wake of the Kiss Cam Scandal.

In a statement to People Magazine, Andrew revealed via a spokesperson that he and Cabot "were privately and amicably separated several weeks before the Coldplay concert."

The remark provided a twist on the earlier report from NBC News that Cabot filed a petition for divorce in Portsmouth, N.H., on August 13.

"Their decision to divorce was already underway prior to that evening," the individual added. "Now that the divorce filing is public, Andrew hopes this provides respectful closure to speculation and allows his family the privacy they've always valued."

"No further public comment will be made," the spokeswoman further remarked about the duo.
