Sarah Ferguson's Royal Collapse Fallout Expands To Her Business

Sarah Ferguson is not getting any break from her shaking world.

The deepening scandal around her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, and herself begins spilling into her business life. This latest blow follows an earlier loss, when her past connection to the late Jeffrey Epstein pushed her out of one of her most meaningful roles as patron of Julia's House children's hospice.

Sarah Ferguson was married to Andrew from 1986 to 1996 and shares two daughters with him, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

Sarah is facing another major setback as her newest children's title, "Flora and Fern: Kindness Along the Way," has been abruptly scrapped before reaching stores. 

One source bluntly shared, "It's not been delayed, it's being pulped. It's an acknowledgment of the inevitable. No one is going to want to buy it." The project, once lined up for an October 9 release, was first pushed to November 20, but insiders now say the title will not be hitting shelves at all. 

The situation comes at a time when renewed attention has turned toward Ferguson and her ex-husband, former Prince Andrew, whose names remain tied to the late convicted pedophile, Epstein.

Page Six highlighted how conversations around the former couple's past links to Epstein have resurfaced, further clouding Ferguson's public image and professional projects.

The growing pressure also follows years of accusations from late Virginia Giuffre, who alleged she was coerced into sexual encounters with Andrew.

Ferguson's troubles did not begin with her halted book release; the former royal was already dealing with fallout months earlier. The Blast highlighted that in September, she was removed from her longtime role with Julia's House after private emails from 2011 showed her apologizing to Epstein. 

The children's hospice said it could no longer keep her on, stating, "Julia's House has taken the decision that it would be inappropriate for her to continue as a patron of the charity."

The charity expressed gratitude for her years of involvement, but stood firm in their decision. Ferguson had previously spoken warmly of the hospice, but as backlash grew, her team pushed back, insisting she only wrote those emails because Epstein had threatened legal action.

The newly exposed emails reveal a very different tone from the one she took publicly in 2011. While she told the world she had severed ties with Epstein and labeled her involvement with him a "gigantic error of judgment," her private messages from that same period paint a conflicting picture.

In the emails published by The Daily Mail, Ferguson expressed warm affection toward Epstein, describing him as a "steadfast, generous and supreme friend." She admitted she pulled back from him not out of moral clarity, but to shield her image as a children's author.

One message even ended with, "You have my heart. With lots of love, dear Jeffrey." Another note went further, assuring him she had never called him a "paedophile" and apologizing for distancing herself in public.

Sources say the cascade of scandals and setbacks has left Ferguson rattled and unsure of what comes next. The Blast notes how the tension intensified after King Charles III instructed Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to vacate Royal Lodge, the home Ferguson shared with him.

The idea of losing her residence has reportedly fueled her anxiety, prompting her to lean heavily on trusted staff for emotional support. Those close to the situation say her "nerves are frayed."

Broadcaster Helena Chard shared that Ferguson is afraid of receiving more embarrassment and is concerned about the effect the ongoing fallout could have on her children. Royal expert Hilary Fordwich adds that Ferguson now regrets defending Andrew for so long and is planning to distance herself. 

Ferguson is preparing for a major life shift as she steps into a new chapter without Prince Andrew by her side. With her ex's removal from Royal Lodge now in motion, Ferguson will leave the estate as well.

The Blast reports that the 66-year-old has made it clear she is not asking for a new residence or financial provisions. Instead, she intends to chart her own path and secure a home independently, a decision sources say reflects her desire to stand on her own two feet.

Speculation swirled that she had her eye on Adelaide Cottage, while talk also circulated that Andrew was interested in Frogmore Cottage. But insiders insist neither made any requests.

With Sarah Ferguson's latest book getting scrapped, it seems the mounting fallout has no plans of easing up anytime soon.
