Bailey Zimmerman is loving his new veneers!
The country music singer nearly blinded cameras at the 2025 CMA Awards, proudly flaunting his brand new smile. He radiated confidence as he posed on the red carpet, an experience he had always wanted.
Bailey Zimmerman rose to fame for his vocal and songwriting skills, with his 2022 singles "Fall in Love" and "Rock and a Hard Place" topping the Billboard Country Airplay chart. He has since achieved more success as a musician and even hopes to settle down soon.
Bailey Zimmerman Hogs The Spotlight With His New Megawatt Smile

Zimmerman attended the CMA Awards 2025, looking dashing in a sleek brown ensemble. He rocked a brown zip-up jacket with matching pants, pairing the fit with a white vest and white Nike Air Force 1s.
The country music singer accessorized with multiple pieces of jewelry, including gold necklaces, bracelets, rings, and a watch. Zimmerman completed the outfit with his pearly white veneers on full display, confidently flashing them at the cameras.
Zimmerman couldn't stop smiling in all the pictures obtained by The Daily Mail, even jumping with joy at one point while showing off his teeth. Although he did not score a nomination for the prestigious event, the veneers seemed to be enough reason for Zimmerman to feel like a winner.
The Guitarist Got Veneers To Fix His Childhood Insecurity

Zimmerman revealed he had undergone a cosmetic procedure to fix his teeth in October, sharing the news with a series of pictures on Instagram. The Blast covered the update, reporting that he had showcased his veneers in all the images while thanking doctors.
The singer credited Dr. Gray King, Dr. Jake Bateman, and their team at Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry for helping him regain his confidence. "I've been insecure about my smile since I was a kid, but thanks to y'all I don't have to be anymore," Zimmerman wrote.
The procedure came two years after he revealed the reason behind his crooked teeth. Zimmerman explained that he had been on braces to straighten his teeth, but did not complete the journey because of his music career.
The Musician Was Advised To Take Off His Braces

Zimmerman recalled that a fellow artist had implored him to remove his braces early because they gave him a lisp while singing. He didn't need much convincing, noting that he booked an orthodontist appointment the next day to remove his braces.
"Even though my teeth weren't completely straight. I told them, 'Don't care, take 'em off, I'm done.' And a week later, I wrote my first song," Zimmerman said.
The decision paid off, as he has gone on to release two albums, "Religiously. The Album" in May 2023 and "Different Night Same Rodeo" in August 2025.
Zimmerman's achievements continued, with a headlining spot on CBS's annual "New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash" special. He would join other country music stars like Lainey Wilson and Jason Aldean for the five-and-a-half-hour televised celebration to ring in 2026.
The Songwriter Revealed A New Collaboration With A Mystery Singer

Months before unveiling his veneers, The Blast shared in June that Zimmerman had teased a new collaboration with another prominent singer. He broke the news while reflecting on his hit collaboration with fellow country music singer Luke Combs.
Zimmerman noted that his song with Combs was a dream come true because he never believed the latter would respond when he first messaged him. Achieving this unique collaboration was the tip of the iceberg for Zimmerman, who claimed there was more to come.
According to the guitarist, fans were not ready for his "out of this world" collaboration with another famous artist. "Nobody would ever expect us to sound good together, but we do. I think it's gonna blow people's minds," Zimmerman raved.
Bailey Zimmerman Hopes To Find A Wife In Movie Style

Last year, Zimmerman got candid about the ideal scenario for finding a wife. He appeared on "Taste of Country Nights," noting that he hoped to settle down soon and had several women contacting him to become his Mrs.
However, Zimmerman did not want to start a relationship over social media. He explained that the ideal scenario would be like the plot of a romantic movie, where he would meet a "drop-dead gorgeous" lady and share an unforgettable night before parting ways.
Zimmerman then hoped they would randomly bump into each other months later and fall in love at first sight. "It's a crazy thing. Hopefully something like that happens," he gushed. That wasn't the first time Zimmerman had opened up about settling down, as he had repeatedly shared his desire to find a wife.
