A Jeffrey Epstein victim who voted for Donald Trump has drawn the ire of netizens as scrutiny over the files continues to intensify.
In a public statement at the U.S. Capitol, Jena-Lisa Jones made the revelation while speaking about her experience with the late sex offender. She also called out Trump over how he has handled the Epstein saga, referencing the same "hoax" phrase the billionaire mogul used to describe the files.
The remarks come after the House of Representatives voted to introduce a bill that will compel the release of all Jeffrey Epstein-related files.
Epstein Victim Shocks Internet With Trump Voting Confession
I’m a survivor and there is no perfect victim. But I’m sorry the way the person in the green beanie peeked their head out when she said she voted for Trump is sending me 😠https://t.co/P6X0lsJPPJ pic.twitter.com/kWDtQIXobZ

Epstein survivor Jena-Lisa Jones has shocked netizens with her confession of voting for Trump when she called him out on what she described as his mishandling of the Epstein's files saga.
Jones' remark has since gone viral on social media, with several expressing shock due to the president's past close relationship with the late sex offender.
"Feels so weird to me to hear that from her. Like, I'm genuinely shocked and baffled. I cannot comprehend nor understand how and why she could/would vote for someone like him," the user said.

"She knew who he was, and she voted for him and told him to show some class, that's funny," a second individual noted, while a third person asked, "She said what?" with a shocked emoji.
"I'm so sick of the 'I voted for you, but…' nonsense. Y'all knew what you were getting. He's not an unpredictable guy, nor does he hide his intentions. He doesn't care about victims, ever, especially not women and girls," another X user said.
"This was an extremely embarrassing watch lol cuz she wasn't even the first one to admit she voted for Trump," a fifth said.
"She voted for him?! And then expected him to suddenly behave in a way contrary to the way he's behaved his entire life," one more person reacted.
The Victim Called Out Trump Over Epstein Files' Hoax' Remark

In Jones' emotional speech at the Capitol, she referenced the "hoax" phrase Trump has used to describe the Epstein files in recent weeks.
"It is also not a hoax. We are here as American survivors of a man who used his wealth and power to hurt young girls and women," she said.
"The world should see the files to know who Jeffrey Epstein was and how the system catered to him and failed us," the victim remarked.
She also called out Trump for shifting focus to an investigation into Democrats "who were friends with Epstein,"
The remark appeared to reference the individuals Trump named in his Truth Social post from Friday, Nov. 14, including former United States Secretary of the Treasury Larry Summers, who was forced to resign from his OpenAI board and Harvard.
Former President Bill Clinton was also another individual Trump referenced and called for to be investigated by Attorney General Pam Bondi.
The Victim Urged Trump To Stop Making The Epstein Files Saga Political

Elsewhere in her speech, Jones called on Trump to stop making the Epstein files "political," which referenced the president's claim that it is a distraction from the Democrats.
"It is not about you, President Trump. You are our president. Please start acting like it," she said.
She further urged him to show "class," "real leadership," and that he actually cares about people, other than himself.
"It is time to take the honest, moral ground and support the release of these files," Jones added. "Not to weaponize pieces of the files against random political enemies that did nothing wrong, but to understand who Epstein's friends were."
The House Of Representatives Passed A Bill To Release The Files

For now, it is still unclear when the full Epstein files will be released, despite the House of Representatives recently voting on a bill to compel their release.
The bill passed with a 427–1 vote, with Louisiana Republican Clay Higgins being the sole opponent.
The next hurdle is for the bill to pass in the Senate and then be signed by the president before the files can officially be made public.
Amid the saga, some have accused Trump and the Republicans of "sanitizing" the files, claiming this is the only reason he reversed his stance and supported the House Republicans in voting for the bill.
It was also speculated that FBI Director Kash Patel is involved in the cover-up and that it was being done in a facility somewhere in Winchester, Virginia.
Jeffrey Epstein's Brother Claims The Files Are Being 'Sanitized,' Hence Trump's 180 Turn

One of the vocal critics of Patel and the House Republicans' sudden push for the files is Epstein's brother, Mark, who said a source revealed that the documents were being "sanitized" in a way that would not incriminate Trump or his allies.
"I've been recently told the reason they're going to be releasing these things, and the reason for the flip is that they're sanitizing these files," Mark revealed during a chat with NewsNation.
He continued, "There's a facility in Winchester, Virginia, where they're scrubbing the files to take Republican names out of it. That's what I was told by a pretty good source," he further remarked.
