There are now six people accusing Smokey Robinson of sexual battery.

The music icon's legal woes recently increased with the appearance of his sixth accuser, an anonymous man. This marks the first time a male accuser has appeared since five women slammed the Miracles frontman for sexual abuse.

All six of Smokey Robinson's accusers have one thing in common, and that is claims of being harassed while under the singer's employment. Some of these accusers also dragged his wife, Frances Gladney Robinson, into the legal drama.

According to new legal documents, one John Doe has accused Smokey of sexual battery. The male accuser's tales of horror under the singer's employment began when he started working for the Robinsons at their Chatsworth home around 2013.

The man noted that he mostly did cleaning jobs, such as preparing their cars early in the morning. However, whenever he cleaned the vehicles, Smokey had the tendency to come out shirtless, wearing only his underwear, and harass the then-employee by fondling his erection.

The male accuser, per the documents obtained by TMZ, claimed Smokey would make sexually suggestive gestures and remarks towards him, even trying to get him into a nearby room. The man recalled shutting down these advances by telling the R&B icon to "Put some clothes on."

The male accuser's allegations continued with an incident that happened around 2022. He explained that Smokey's advances had skyrocketed around that period, leading to a moment where he grabbed the then-employee's hand "without consent and attempted to force it onto his erect p-nis."

Smokey allegedly fired the man after the incident; however, Frances welcomed him back a year later. The male accuser noted that she had requested he return to work, and he agreed, only for Smokey to resume his alleged sexually suggestive gestures and harassment.

The male accuser ended his employment with the Robinsons "after learning of similar conduct toward other victims and out of concern for his own well-being."

Smokey's attorney, Christopher Frost, shut down the allegations in a heated statement, noting the male accuser was part of the group of women suing the singer. He claimed their accusations were false, stating that they joined forces to create "maximum adverse publicity" for the Robinsons.

"This has been an organized, avaricious campaign to extract money from an 85-year-old legend. This group of people, who hide behind anonymity, and their attorneys seek global publicity while making the ugliest of false allegations," Frost claimed.

The legal rep also called out the six accusers and their attorneys for refusing to be cooperative in the case. Frost alleged that they were yet to share "all the evidence possible to investigate their own claims" and his team had sought court intervention to get these details.

The fifth Jane Doe made waves in July, echoing similar sentiments to the male accuser. She alleged that on more than ten occasions Smokey had attempted to force her to touch his erect p-nis during her employment as a housekeeper.

The Blast reported that she filed a police report at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Malibu/Lost Hills station for her sexual battery allegations. The alleged victim joined four other anonymous women, who claimed Smokey had sexually harassed them during their employment.

The sexual battery drama raised eyebrows in May when four women claiming to be Smokey and Frances' former housekeepers dropped their bombshell allegations. The Blast shared that the couple's legal reps fired back at the accusations with extortion claims.

According to Smokey and Frances' attorneys, they had a great relationship with their housekeepers, often treating them like family. The legal rep cited several instances when the Robinsons went above and beyond for their employees, including taking them on vacations and paying for their dental treatments.

The alleged love between the employers and their employees continued, with one of the housekeepers inviting Smokey to their son's graduation dinner while others celebrated his birthday with heartfelt tributes.
