Porsha Williams is reportedly not the perpetrator in the incident that occurred on a Delta flight.
The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum recently made headlines after she and an unnamed woman caused a stir during a flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta. The incident caught the FBI's attention, sparking concerns about the TV personality.
Now, Porsha Williams' attorney claims she is not the perpetrator but the victim in the incident. The entertainer is no stranger to being on the wrong side of the law, as she was arrested twice in 2014 and is currently in a legal battle with her ex-husband, Simon Guobadia.
Porsha Williams' Attorney Blames The Second Party For The Delta Airlines Incident

According to new reports, Williams did not instigate the drama that occurred on a Delta Airlines flight. Her attorney, Joe Habachy, sang tales of her innocence after a video of her being escorted off the flight by authorities went viral.
"Ms. Williams was verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation," Habachy told Page Six. "The passenger then proceeded to make false allegations that were in direct conflict with observations from several eyewitnesses."
Williams' attorney explained that the FBI was involved because any incident occurring aboard an aircraft required their intervention. He stressed that the investigation would involve all parties in the incident to determine if any offenses had occurred.

Habachy's defense of Williams continued with a bold declaration of her certain victory. He stressed that his client would fully cooperate with authorities, "and remains confident that the passenger will be charged."
Williams' confidence radiated through her social media updates as she appeared unfazed by the Delta Airline incident. Instead of addressing the elephant in the room, she focused on raving about her time at BravoCon 2025.
The TV personality and other "RHOA" stars had travelled to Las Vegas for the event, which ran from Friday to Sunday. She shared several pictures detailing her experiences on Instagram, including shots of her posing with other Bravo stars such as Kyle Richards from the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

The Blast covered Williams' confident and unfazed reaction to the Delta Airlines flight incident, reporting that a video captured her strutting out of the gate in a large black fur coat and Uggs while pulling her luggage.
Although authorities were waiting for her as she arrived, she did not appear fearful during their conversation. A spokesperson for the airline explained that Williams and another woman were involved in a dispute during the flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta.
They noted that the cabin crew had a word with both parties before the authorities addressed them after the plane landed. A spokesperson for the FBI Atlanta echoed similar sentiments, stating that the organization was aware of an incident involving Williams and another passenger.

The airline drama comes eleven years after Williams was arrested twice in 2014. The first incident happened in April over a fight between Williams and fellow co-star, Kenya Moore. The latter got into a scuffle with her castmate during a March taping for their reality TV series.
Williams received her arrest warrant weeks later because Moore did not file a witness statement immediately. When she finally did and authorities responded, Williams turned herself in to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office and was booked on a misdemeanor battery charge.
The TV personality's second arrest occurred in December 2014 when she was taken into custody for going 78 mph in a 55-mph zone. Authorities booked her for speeding on a suspended license; however, Williams argued that all her documents had been in order.
Porsha Williams Gives Relationship Update After Slamming Ex-Husband With Contempt Claim

During her time at BravoCon 2025, Williams appeared on the "Getting Lucky at the Love Hotel" panel. She opened up about her relationship status, claiming that she was "officially still single" but dating.
Williams explained that she currently had one person in her sights after previously confessing to dating a man and a woman simultaneously. "I hope that this could be something, but we'll see. You know, still just dating," she said about her new romance.
The update comes months after she slammed her ex-husband, Guobadia, with a contempt filing. The Blast reported in August that she accused her former spouse of defying the court by refusing to pay her owed dues. He allegedly owed her $667,359.55 for attorney fees and more.
