Kim Zolciak Fuels Unending Divorce Drama With Fresh Accusation

Kim Zolciak finally drops the C word on her estranged husband!

The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum made bold assertions about Kroy Biermann and how his actions led to the end of their decade-plus marriage.

Kim Zolciak had also previously leveled some accusations against Kroy Biermann, including claims that he stole from her and her oldest daughter, Brielle Biermann.

The Bravo star set tongues wagging at BravoCon when she dropped the bomb about what ultimately shattered their marriage. "He cheated, so…..," the star shared, to the dismay of her daughter, Ariana Biermann.

She then replied, "Holy sh-t," before she froze and went about the rest of the night, presumably still dealing with the realization of her father's alleged infidelity. 

Kim then shared an update about how far they have gone with the divorce, stating that Kroy is dragging his feet and does not seem like he is ready to end the marriage at this point.

According to her, in an ET Online interview, "I don't think Kroy will ever give me a divorce. No movement, no change. Just constant antics."

She added that taking on the bulk of the financial responsibility has left her very exhausted, and it would make a massive difference if they find a way to co-parent for the sake of their kids' happiness.

However, that future seems bleak because Kroy had reportedly promised to destroy her when she filed for divorce in 2023. "That's been his goal, and that's all he cares about. But it hasn't worked yet," she stated.

Earlier in the year, Zolciak slammed her estranged husband with another weighty allegation, and very publicly too. As stated by The Blast, Kim claimed on Kristin Cavallari's podcast that the constant theft of her jewelry was one of the weird things she experienced in her marriage to Kroy.

Kim noted that every piece of jewelry she owned, even before meeting him, was gone, and her oldest daughter's expensive pieces also mysteriously went missing. She explained how her engagement ring and earrings were still able to make it out of the heist because they were hidden in her bra.

Her expensive handbags were reportedly also casualties of Kroy's alleged thefts, which seemingly began due to the poor state of his finances. Before this episode, she had filed a police report against Kroy with claims that he stole hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of her luxury items and medication prescriptions.

Ariana also got her fair share of losses in the problematic marriage, which also involved her parents handling all the money she made from her early fame with carelessness. 

According to her, despite the fact that she began earning money at 14, she still does not have the desired financial independence because the funds are practically nowhere to be found.

Her parents, who were in charge of all the funds at the time, reportedly told her that the money was completely gone as of two years ago. Ariana could not conceal her disappointment and feeling of betrayal, given that they were in the best position to protect her financial interest, and they failed.

The 24-year-old who is now an established social media influencer and television personality debuted on Bravo's reality TV franchise at just 7 years old, following her mother's casting on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."

Kim's divorce from Kroy also came with a psychological side to the situation, which she explored by demanding that he undergo a thorough psychological evaluation.

Her concerns stemmed from his conduct towards her and the kids, where he now prefers to engage in defamatory conversation about her in their presence.

She urged the court to invite medical experts who would evaluate Kroy for possible cognitive problems due to his past as an athlete who suffered a series of injuries. The Blast reported that the evaluation will consist of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) to check for signs of any degenerative mental condition.

She cited a Boston University Study which claimed that over 90% of former NFL players suffered from one cognitive defect or the other after several episodes of taking hits to the head during active play.

The 47-year-old reportedly waited for about 20 minutes after her split from Biermann before finding a lover earlier this year, and things have progressed impressively. She found love with the mogul Kyle Mowitz, but not without a bit of drama from his estranged wife, Jillian Green. 

The company executive's ex-wife had subpoenaed Kim in her ongoing divorce case from Kyle. She intended to depose the Bravo star about her communications and relationship with Kyle while he was still married to her.

Jillian's subpoena demanded that Kim provide all documents linked to her financial relationship with Kyle, including gifts, expenses, loans, and business. She also asked for details of all documents related to the new couple's trips, including the destination, accommodations, and expenses.

However, lawyers from Kim and Kyle's camp both argued against the subpoena and noted that a relationship only blossomed between the new lovebirds after their respective separations from their spouses.
