'Jersey Shore' Star Angelina Pivarnick Secretly Files For Divorce From Husband

'Jersey Shore' star Angelina Pivarnick secretly filed for divorce from her husband Chris Larangeira, back in January, and the status of their marriage is now unknown.

According to multiple reports, the reality star filed legal documents to end her marriage to Larangeira over six months ago, and it's unclear if he was ever formally served the papers. Interestingly, the marriage became a focal point of the latest season of 'Jersey Shore: Family Vacation' which was filed earlier this year.

Larangeria, a sanitation worker, attended the MTV Movie & TV Awards with his ex-wife back in May, which would have been months after she filed for divorce. "Congratulations to my wife and the jersey shore crew so proud of you all," he wrote at the time. So, either the couple decided to hold off on revealing the divorce situation because it plays out on this season's show -- or, they have a contentious relationship and are back together. Neither party has addressed the divorce reports.

According to one report, the couple split once back in November of 2020 and got back together following the breakup. "She and him are very involved but they butt heads very often, you never know if they’re going to be in a good place or upset with each other," a source told UsWeekly.

As you know, the couple's wedding caused a fallout between Angelina and her co-stars Snooki and JWoww after the two made jokes about the bride at her wedding. "My thing is, I forgive too many people too quickly. I’m going to stop doing that, so for 2020, that’s also a new thing. I’m going to keep my circle way smaller, you know? I think right now, all I need is my husband and my family and his family," she said at the time.

She continued, “My husband was distraught and I was acting like I was okay with this. I saw his face and I snapped because I know my husband and I know the look in his eyes. I just couldn’t hold it back anymore. I was also mad don’t get it twisted.”

As we said, both Angelina and Chris have yet to comment on the divorce filing -- and it's unclear if they are still together or if the legal case is ongoing. The good news is that drama is a good thing on reality television, so either way, we are guessing they are going to light those cameras up and catch all the reactions to this one!
