Stefon Diggs Sues Influencer Who Made Horrifying Accusations Against Him In Emotional Testimony

Stefon Diggs is firing back at an influencer who claimed the New England Patriots star attempted to drug, sexually assault, and later plot to have him killed in 2023.

In October 2025, Stefon Diggs was also dragged to court by an ex-girlfriend who claimed the NFL player physically assaulted her during an explosive altercation in the summer of 2024.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Diggs filed a libel lawsuit against influencer Christopher Blake Griffith, claiming he fabricated a story about an alleged interaction between him and the athlete at Diggs' Maryland home.

In the lawsuit, Diggs claimed he, Griffith, and other internet personalities spent the night at a club in May 2023 after attending a charity basketball game in Washington, D.C. Diggs explained that after their night out, he invited everyone back to his home in Rockville, Maryland.

Elsewhere in the documents, Diggs claimed that while at his home, he went into his bedroom before having his assistant escort Griffith from the residence.

In August, Griffith posted lengthy statements on his Instagram account, expressing disappointment with the shoe company Ugg and actress Sarah Jessica Parker for working with Diggs, who allegedly assaulted him. He shared another post of the police report, in which he claimed Diggs offered "me all sorts of candy throughout the night that I didn't know was laced [with] drugs."

During a podcast interview, Griffith doubled down on those sentiments and unleashed even more shocking claims against the former Buffalo Bills player.

"He attempted to have me unalived because of him making a sexual pass at me. It wasn't the sexual pass that frustrated me the most. What made me most frustrated was the fact that he tried to unalive me after it, when in reality, even though I was drugged, even though I was violated, I never thought that the next step would be my life being threatened because you got turned down," Griffith said.

Griffith's lawyer, Jake Lebowitz, responded to Diggs' lawsuit, fiercely denying the athlete's "fabricated" claims, per Page Six.

"Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks," he said. "Not only will we defend against these false allegations, but our counterclaims for sexual battery will be filed shortly."

Prior to Diggs' lawsuit against Griffith, the 31-year-old was shaded by JT of the City Girls, who's currently feuding with his girlfriend, Cardi B.

JT took to X, formerly known as Twitter, calling the allegations against Diggs "f-cking NUTTS [and] sad."

She went on to explain that gay men "should be protected" from harm and expressed disappointment that Griffith's claims weren't "being taken seriously enough."

The "JT Coming" rapper didn't stop there, though. In another post, she went even further, accusing the University of Maryland alum of being gay.

"CARDI B BABY FATHER A GAY MAN!!!!!!!!!!" JT wrote online. "Not because of how he dress or express his self but because CHRIS said it out of his mouth!!!! JUSTICE FOR CHRIS I stand with the gays!!!!!"

This is just the second recent legal battle Diggs has been involved in, according to The Blast. Just last month, his ex-girlfriend, Mulan Hernandez, dragged him to court and claimed he physically assaulted her in June 2024.

In the court documents, Hernandez claimed the football player punched her in the back of the head, leaving her concussed. After that, Hernandez claimed Diggs tried to pressure her into silence by signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Now, Hernandez is requesting a minimum of $250,000 but no more than $1 million for damages, claiming she has suffered physical and mental pain from the alleged assault.

Before that, Diggs had already filed his own lawsuit against the 24-year-old influencer, alleging she physically assaulted him and ruined his $130,000 watch, phone, and gaming console. Diggs also claimed that Hernandez punched him in the chest and threatened him with a weapon in front of a witness.
