Paris Jackson has hit a major roadblock in the fight for her late father's estate.
The model and actress raised concerns over how executors managed Michael Jackson's estate. However, a judge has now dismissed some parts of her petition and has ordered her to pay some of the estate attorneys' legal fees.
Paris' legal trouble comes at a vulnerable time in her life, as she recently opened up to fans and shared details about a nasal condition she has due to years of drug use.
Paris Jackson's Petition Against Dad's Estate Was Partially StruckĀ

Months back, Jackson raised a petition drawing attention to the alleged lack of transparency in how her father's estate was being managed.
Now, her petition has been partially struck by retired judge Mitchell L. Beckloff, who is acting as the court referee for the case.
On Monday, the judge sided with the executors, John Branca and John McClain, and granted their request to remove parts of Paris' legal filing. He ruled that some of the 27-year-old singer's claims were based on the estate's own court documents and were therefore protected under California's anti-SLAPP law.
Meanwhile, despite the ruling, Paris' legal team is not backing down and has argued that the ruling only addresses minor technical issues and does not change the underlying concerns.
According to People Magazine, a spokesperson for the actress said, "This order is limited to minor procedural issues and does not change the facts: the pattern of behavior displayed by the executors and their attorneys raises significant red flags, and Paris will continue working to ensure her family is treated fairly. We will be submitting an updated filing shortly."
Notably, in Paris' petition, she accused the estate of making questionable payments, including what she described as non-contractual gifts of $125,000 and $250,000 to lawyers.
However, the executors' motion to strike did not confirm or deny the payments. Instead, they focused on the fact that Paris' complaints were aimed at their court filings.
Paris Jackson Received $65 Million Payout From Michael Jackson's Estate

When Paris accused the executors of not being transparent in their dealings for monetary benefit, they fought back by arguing that they saved Michael Jackson's estate from drowning in debt when they came on board.
They also noted that Paris herself has been a beneficiary of their sound judgment, which they claim turned the estate into a $2 billion estate.
"Few have benefited more from the Executors' business judgment than Petitioner herself, who has received roughly $65 million from the estate in benefits. She would have never received that had the Executors followed a typical playbook for an estate like this one in July 2009," the filing stated, according to The Blast.
The Singer Recently Opened Up To Fans About a Painful Health Condition

Amid Paris's fight for her father's estate, the singer got vulnerable with her fans when she shared details about a condition she suffers from.
Barely three days ago, Paris uploaded a social media video, admitting that she has a perforated septum, which is a hole in the middle of her nose.
She further used a flashlight to show fans the small hole between both nostrils, noting that she has a "really loud whistle" when she breathes through her nose, per The Blast.
Although the condition was brought on by years of drug use, the singer shared that she is now on a path to sobriety.
Paris Jackson Shared Her Message For People Who Are 'In Recovery' From Drug Use

After Paris shared the vulnerable post about her nasal defect, she later clarified that her goal wasn't to make headlines but to encourage those who were recovering from addiction.
"Just know that this is for other people that are either also in recovery or haven't found it yet. Much love!" she said.
She also acknowledged that while some people may not understand her experience, others who are on a similar path might be able to draw strength from her story, as reported by The Blast.
Paris Distanced Herself From Her Late Father's Biopic

In addition to fighting for her father's estate and being vulnerable with fans, Paris has also cleared the air on speculations of being involved in Michael Jackson's biopic.
According to The Blast, the "Scream" star shut down actor Colman Domingo's claims that she was "helpful" on the set of the movie. Instead, she clarified that she had "0% involvement in it."
She also revealed that she read one of the first drafts of the script and gave her honest feedback about it because it "didn't sit right with her." However, her concerns weren't addressed, and she eventually moved on with her life.
