Months after celebrating her seventh wedding anniversary in February, Schumer's inner circle says her marriage to Fischer is over. A close pal highlighted her recent Instagram wipe, where she posed in a sexy red dress without her wedding ring, noting there was more to the picture.

"She deleted Chris from Instagram, then deleted everything else. She's going to file soon, but it's over. Done," Schumer's pal told The Daily Mail. They claimed that divorce was 100 percent on the table, especially after the actress unlocked a more confident version of herself.

"She got skinny, she is over it. Chris is mostly out of the house at this point. They've listed two homes now, in Brooklyn and New Orleans," the pal added. Another source echoed similar sentiments, claiming Schumer and Fischer had grown distant due to his prolonged absences and her new perspective on life.

The source alleged that Schumer's personality had changed following her weight loss transformation, theorizing that she wanted more out of life. They explained that it was challenging for a comedian like the actress to be married to a man with autism, who barely got her jokes.

"Being funny and making people laugh is important to her," the source claimed. Another insider shared the same narrative, describing Fischer's autism as "a blessing and a curse for Amy." They pointed out that she had joked about it on multiple specials, but it was an issue in her marriage.

The insider added that Schumer and Fischer had long lost their spark, alleging that they followed a routine in their marriage. They were more focused on raising their son than working on their relationship, with Fischer's "brutal honesty" increasing the coldness between them.

While sources claimed Schumer's Instagram wipe signaled her intentions for a divorce amid her weight loss transformation, she previously shared a different narrative. The Blast reported that she took to her newly wiped page on November 12 to address the situation.

Schumer explained that she did not wipe her page because she was ashamed of her past self, nor did she embark on a weight loss journey. Instead, she stressed that she had prioritized her health and focused on recovery for the unflattering effects of endometriosis.

The entertainer noted that her stunning transformation stemmed from her efforts to live a pain-free life. Additionally, she implied that her current physique might change in the future and implored to be kind and respectful to others regardless of their weight or religion.

Schumer and Fischer first sparked dating rumors in November 2017 after they were photographed having dinner together in New York City. The relationship rumors continued in January 2018 when they were seen together for the second time at NBC Studios.

They made their relationship Instagram official in February 2018, just days before tying the knot in a private ceremony in Malibu. PEOPLE reported that they had about 80 guests, including stars like Jennifer Aniston and Larry David.

Schumer announced her pregnancy in October 2018 and welcomed a son, Gene David, in May 2019. She frequently raved about her love for Fischer throughout the years, including a 2021 interview where she declared she would never leave her husband.

The claims of trouble in Schumer's marriage come months after she celebrated her seventh wedding anniversary to Fischer in February. The Blast shared that she revealed how she celebrated the milestone during a red carpet interview at "SNL50: The Anniversary Special."

Schumer claimed she and Fischer marked their anniversary by having sex, noting that they only got intimate on their anniversaries and birthdays. Earlier that month, she reflected on their sex life ahead of their seventh wedding anniversary.

According to Schumer, they had to schedule their bedroom moments, confessing that she and Fischer had never had spontaneous sex. "Nobody ever is like, 'Oh!' There's never like a vibe where it just happens," she claimed.
