Diddy is reportedly facing possible punishment for breaking the rules just days after joining FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.
The disgraced music mogul was accused of having a three-person call despite the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) strict rules against it. The revelation comes shortly after sources claimed Diddy was caught with homemade alcohol.
Diddy began serving his 50-month prison sentence in FCI Fort Dix after he was transferred to the low-security facility from MDC Brooklyn on October 30. He was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution following a highly publicized criminal trial.

According to prison documents, Diddy made an unauthorized three-person call on November 3 to allegedly discuss releasing a statement to The New York Times.
He began by calling an unnamed woman and asking her to connect him to someone described as "the digital person" halfway through their conversation.
When the woman asked if she should add the person to the call, Diddy allegedly said "yes" because he wanted to talk to them about blogs. The report also noted that he asked the woman to bring "200 singles" in cash while arranging a weekend prison visit.
It was unclear what Diddy planned to use the money for, as CBS News reported that inmates were only allowed to use coins for the vending machines. As for how he broke the rule, an unknown man was also added to the call following the visitation plans.
The Bad Boy Records Founder Claimed He Was Unaware Of The Call Regulations

When called out for having an unauthorized three-person call, Diddy reportedly defended himself by stressing that he was unaware of the rules. He argued that no one had informed him of the strict call regulations, and he did not receive the standard prison admission and orientation handbook.
Diddy further claimed that his conversations were harmless, noting he had been talking to his legal team about issuing a statement to The New York Times. The unknown man added at the end of the call was allegedly the head of legal communications, while the woman he first called was his attorney.
Multi-person calls were frowned upon in prisons because inmates could use them for illegal activities such as drug smuggling, gang violence, and orchestrating witness intimidation. On that note, prison officials requested that Diddy be punished with a 90-day ban on phone and commissary privileges.
Diddy's Rep Argued That The Multi-Person Call Wasn't A Cause For Concern

A source close to the investigation labeled Diddy's three-person call "a serious offense that shows a disregard for the rules;" however, his rep shared a different narrative. The music mogul's publicist, Juda Engelmayer, echoed Diddy's harmless sentiments, stressing that the call wasn't a cause for concern.
"It was a procedural call initiated by one of his attorneys and was protected under attorney-client privilege. There was nothing improper," Engelmayer claimed. The publicist also shared that Diddy had a new cushy job behind bars as an assistant at the chapel library.
Engelmayer noted that Diddy enjoyed his work environment, describing it as "warm, respectful, and rewarding." The new place was a prestigious spot for inmates because it came with various luxuries, including a private office that was often equipped with air conditioning.
Diddy Allegedly Busted With Homemade Alcohol Despite His Drug Treatment Program

Besides shutting down the misconceptions about Diddy's multi-person call, Engelmayer also raved about Diddy's changed behavior behind bars. He revealed the rapper had been assigned to the Residential Drug Abuse Treatment Program (RDAP) unit.
The RDAP is widely regarded as the BOP's most intensive drug treatment program, with the added benefit of reducing an inmate's prison sentence by up to a year. Engelmayer claimed Diddy was taking the program seriously and focused on making positive changes.
Despite these claims, The Blast reported that Diddy was accused of having homemade alcohol in his possession. The mixture was allegedly made from Fanta soda, sugar, and apples that were fermented for about two weeks. Sources claimed the incident had prison officials contemplating moving Diddy to another cell.
The Rapper's Reps Denied The Alcohol Possession Claims

Following news of Diddy's alleged homemade alcohol drama, The Blast shared that his reps had shut down the claims via a statement on X. They argued that the allegations were false, noting that the incarcerated entertainer was never caught with the alcohol mixture in his possession.
"His only focus is becoming the best version of himself and returning to his family," the statement continued. Diddy's publicist, Engelmayer, echoed similar sentiments, claiming the rapper had no time for shenanigans because he prioritized his growth.
Besides the alcohol drama, The Blast reported that an insider accused Diddy of remaining unchanged behind bars. They claimed his arrogance remained unmatched, noting he acted like a king behind bars and was nothing like the changed man his reps claimed he was.
