Taylor Swift is just that girl with the life-changing vibe, and Alex Cooper is a living witness!
The podcaster recalled fond memories from her teenage to early adult years, where music from the pop star shaped most of her trajectory and interaction with the opposite sex.
Taylor Swift has got a lot going on for herself, from releasing one of the biggest albums this year to becoming a freshly minted fiancée and, most recently, missing out on the latest GRAMMY nomination list.
Alex Cooper Talks The Impact Of Taylor Swift's Album On Her Dating Life

The podcaster appeared on Owen Thiele's podcast for the November 7 episode, where she picked out a poster of Swift's sophomore album "Fearless" in the studio. She caved in to the intrusive thoughts in her head and finally addressed the elephant in the room by expressing her utmost admiration for Swift.
"Those songs changed my life. Like, Fearless was my era of girlhood where I was really starting to like boys—" Cooper declared. She emphasized that she eventually discovered that she was "such a loser," and Swift made her realize that.
"He doesn't love me. But I almost romanticized guys hating me at one point — like I thought it was cool that they were turning me down because then I had Taylor to listen to," Cooper continued. Thiele chipped in that, in essence, she meant she was in love with Swift at that point in her life.
Cooper did not deny it; in fact, she noted on the podcast that the singer was the architect of her "sexual awakening for women."
The 'Call Her Daddy' Host Placed The Singer On Her Dream Guest List
This is probably the millionth time Cooper has referred to her adoration for Swift in interviews. Last year, PEOPLE reported that she was asked to provide the names of people she would absolutely love to grace the seat of her show.
"Oh my God, I would say two people — either Ms. Taylor Swift or Rihanna. Period," Cooper declared. She further described these two women as phenomenal in their respective fields, who have built formidable empires.
The podcast host emphasized that she had so much respect for these two women, and it would be an honor to have them sit down with her for a chat.
When asked if she was ready for the release of Swift's "The Life of a Showgirl" at the taping of her November 7 interview, Cooper confessed that she was mentally getting into that phase of consuming the new project.
The Podcaster's Obsession With Taylor Swift Scrutinized By Reddit Users

Well, the media personality's years of swooning over her favorite singer have come under the lens of Reddit users, who have one or two verdicts on her story.
"She's claimed that she has always liked Taylor Swift for most of her life; however, to me, this just seems out of character, and I think this is a strategy to try and get her on the show for business purposes," a Reddit user explained.
A second commenter predicted that if she managed to land Swift on her podcast, it would be in the news for months, adding to another comment that spilled that Cooper allegedly has zero idea about music.
"Taylor doesn't even go on promotional tours anymore for her music in the first place. I doubt that she's going to start that back up by doing CHD lmao," another commenter noted.
This Swiftie wondered why Cooper did not attend any of the Eras Tour shows if she was such a super fan and concluded that this newfound admiration for Swift was a means to getting Travis Kelce on her podcast, although the chances remain slim.
Another user theorized that the podcaster is actually interested in the publicity the singer's teeming fanbase has to offer, hence the constant name-dropping. "I hope Taylor never goes on CHD, she is TAYLOR ALISON SWIFT, it would be a joke for her," one commenter decreed.
The Singer's New Album Missed Out On The 2026 Grammys

A serial winner at the biggest annual music award show with 14 shiny plaques to her name, the singer unfortunately closes the year without any predictions to clinch one at next year's ceremony.
According to The Daily Mail, Swift's 13th studio album actually missed the August 31, 2024 – August 30, 2025 music release window, which made it ineligible for a nomination.
The singer's latest album was released in October, which means the talented performer now has to wait till 2027 for nominations and possible wins.
Swift has made a mark for herself at the Grammys by making history as the first and only artist to win four Album of the Year categories. She secured that spot with her "Midnights" album, alongside "Fearless," "1989," and "Folklore."
The 35-year-old may attend the event next year as a performer, presenter, or a guest and make heads turn like she did this year in her dazzling red mini dress.
Taylor Swift's Fiancé's Verdict On Her 13th Studio Album

In Kelce's heart and sight, his beau released one of the coolest albums he has ever listened to, and he was beyond glad to be a part of the process as a cheerleader and a support system.
The Blast reported that Kelce carefully avoided being the center of attraction following the release of the album, which had one or two tracks about him and their fiery romance.
He credited his partner and her team for swinging into action with the album rollout and pushing it to become one of the biggest releases of all time. Kelce added that his pride in Swift's work comes from how proud she feels about herself and all that she has achieved with her new album.
Nevertheless, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end has a track that has become a staple on his playlist, and according to Swift, it is none other than "Opalite," which was inspired by Kelce's birthstone.
The singer and Kelce began dating over two years ago in the summer of 2023 and confirmed their relationship by walking out of an "SNL" after-party with their hands locked.
Will Alex Cooper's latest confession manage to tilt Taylor Swift's head in her direction?
