"I think it was after the second season that I started following a few of the cast on Instagram and at the time, they hadn't blown up yet and were all like up-and-coming real estate brokers. They were all around my age and I'm an attorney so I kind of looked at it as they were fellow professionals," Theresa told The Blast exclusively. "I started commenting on their posts and would send them DMs and be like, I really like this storyline. I was very casually interacting with them on Instagram for the first couple of years of the show."

'Mary's Been Checking My Recent Stories'

Mary, who's been on the show since the early days, appears to be watching Theresa's Instagram Stories often. Theresa has some insights on Mary, and she shared them with The Blast, as well as in some of her TikTok videos.

"All of them would regularly check my Stories if I tagged them," she said. "Mary's been checking my recent Stories. The cast knows me as that annoying woman who freaks out every season and calls them out on crap on Instagram."

Theresa said that this has been going on for years, and even as recently as just a few days ago.

"Because of all these different interactions that I've had over the years with the cast, and even today, I posted screenshots of an interaction I had with Mary last year after her robbery, because I noticed that at the time, Mary kept posting live videos where she was swearing and acting really bizarre," Theresa shared with The Blast. "I think she didn't respond to every single thing that I said but at one point, I'm like, are you okay?"

She continued by saying she's noticed things such as Mary allegedly slurring and giggling at times when it wasn't appropriate and having what she felt were tone deaf exchanges. Viewers of Theresa's TikTok videos have also agreed.

Getting Inside Information On 'Selling Sunset'

After season 9 came out, Theresa began posting episode recap videos on TikTok. After a few, one current and two former cast members reached out to her.

"The cast members were like, feel free to ping me on IG after you've seen the season. So I watched a couple of episodes and then that's how I got some backstage info," she told The Blast. "And that's how I found out there was a scene, because I had posted a video where I said, just based on seasons one through eight, I thought Jason, Mary, and Chrishell were racist. And then someone reached out to me and said, 'Now, I understand why there was a scene that didn't make it.'"

She further explained that the scene that didn't make it to airing on the show was with Jason and Mary firing Chelsea, and "she called them out for being racist."

"Apparently, Jason completely lost it and said he would rather cancel 'Selling Sunset' and 'Selling the OC' than to air that footage, whatever the dispute was when Chelsea said that they were racist," she continued. "And then you look at that dinner scene and it's easy to believe what this person is saying because here is Jason saying, 'Cameras off' for the first time in show history."

Theresa further explained that she felt like there was a lot of racism on the show, as well as alleged drug use happening behind-the-scenes.

"I got some behind-the-scenes on other things too, like 'Scary Mary.' I saw this episode and I'm like Romain [Mary's husband] calls her 'Scary Mary' and then the next episode is called 'Scary Mary,'" Theresa said. "And then someone else was like, yeah, that's been her name for a really long time. It's when 'Scary Mary' is high on cocaine; she acts completely out of character and completely erratically and has done a lot of really crazy things over the years."

Other TikTokers Have Agreed With Theresa's Thoughts

TikTok account, @theluxeminds, shared some information about the show, and included Theresa's videos and thoughts.

"You could just tell that Netflix edited so much out of this scene with Mary's reaction," the TikTok content creator said. "Like, Mary standing up in disbelief and utter shock was not warranted for what Chelsea had just said."

She goes on to explain that she saw Theresa's videos and all the tea she's been spilling. She also shared the information Theresa has been sharing about the finale not being as explosive as in previous seasons and why that might have been.

"And that's because the final scene was going to be Mary and Jason firing Chelsea," she said. "And they did do that. And then Chelsea kinda went off and called them both you know, racist for what they were doing. And then Jason was like, 'Cut the cameras, don't air this, I'm going to cancel 'Selling Sunset' and 'Selling the OC' if any of this happens. Allegedly."
