Grace's sadness over her injury might stem from her incredible work ethic, a trait she gained from her famous father. Mark raved about his similarities with the teenager in a 2023 interview with PEOPLE, noting she was the type to put in the work to achieve her goals.

Mark claimed Grace was the most like him out of his four children, revealing that her determination and zeal to succeed at a young age had influenced her older siblings.

"She's doing things that my other kids are kind of now starting to think, 'Well, we've got to start doing something because she's got it all figured out,'" he explained.

The proud father echoed similar sentiments while speaking to E! News that same year, declaring that Grace was more disciplined than he ever was.
