Cardi B And Stefon Diggs' Unborn Baby's Gender Confirmed As Due Date Is 'Real Soon'

Cardi B and Stefon Diggs' bundle of joy is almost here!

The New England Patriots footballer recently revealed the gender of their unborn baby and expressed excitement at the prospect of being a father once more. 

After months of speculation, Cardi B announced her pregnancy in September, confirming that she is expecting her fourth child and first with Diggs. 

Diggs spilled the tea on the sex of his unborn baby during a conversation with People Magazine at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards.

The 31-year-old athlete announced the gender, saying, "It's a boy. That's enough for me." He then excitedly listed all the fun activities he'd love to do with the baby when he arrives. 

"I can't wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around," he added. 

Diggs didn't hide how happy he was at the thought of fathering a child with Cardi B. He confirmed that the baby could arrive any minute and asked for good luck wishes for him and his girlfriend. 

"It's supposed to happen real soon, so wish us both luck," Diggs said. 

Diggs and Cardi B's baby's gender reveal comes over a month after the rapper told Gayle King she's "excited" to have a baby with her boyfriend. She expressed feelings of happiness and noted that she felt like she was in a "good space" because she was doing all the "work" of preparing for her album release while simultaneously "creating a baby." 

Since Cardi B announced her pregnancy, Diggs has been open about wanting a boy. A few weeks ago, he commented under one of the "Bodak Yellow" singer's posts, writing that he was "100% team boy." 

Although the gender of Cardi B and Diggs' baby is now in the open, his name remains a secret. However, an AI supercomputer already has a prediction for what the baby's name will be. 

As confirmed by The Blast, VegasInsider's AI supercomputer carefully analyzed over 80 songs from the rapper's vast catalogue. The intelligence system went through numerous projects, including "Invasion of Privacy" and her recently released album, "Am I the Drama?"

After the analysis was concluded, the AI model determined that the singer is most likely to name her unborn baby Rhythm.

The second-most likely name is Dreama, while the third is Harmony. In fourth place, the AI supermodel suggested that she might name her baby Truston. 

Before AI predictions of the couple's unborn baby's name were released, Diggs was spotted in an unusual situation that raised a lot of eyebrows. 

He was seen holding a baby carrier with a woman who was not Cardi B. The video was taken in May, but it didn't surface till September. 

As The Blast reported, in the footage, the football wide receiver was captured walking to an SUV after leaving a New York medical facility. He was seen holding the baby carrier and trying to fit it into the car, while an unidentified woman sat in the backseat. 

Meanwhile, just a day before the video was taken, Diggs and Cardi B enjoyed their first public date night at a Knicks vs. Celtics game in Madison Square Garden. 

Being seen with a mystery woman and a baby carrier is not the only compromising situation Diggs has found himself in recently. The NFL star was also reportedly dragged to court by influencer and model Aileen Lopera, who claimed that he fathered her daughter, who was born in April 2025. 

Although Lopera insisted that Diggs fathered her child, the former vehemently denied the claims. This led a judge to sign a court order asking both parties to partake in compulsory genetic testing. 

After reports of Diggs' paternity drama became public, Cardi B hopped on her Instagram Live and reacted to it, indirectly saying that she was determined to stick by her man no matter what. 

"That's your baby daddy, b-tch? That's my baby daddy, too. What now? I don't f-cking know. We'll figure it out, b-tch," the songwriter said, per The Blast.

In addition to facing a paternity lawsuit, Diggs has also been sued by his ex-girlfriend, Mulan Hernandez, who claimed that the footballer physically assaulted her. 

Last month, The Blast reported that the 24-year-old influencer allegedly suffered a concussion after Diggs reportedly punched her in the back of her head repeatedly. 

She also claimed to have suffered physical and mental pain as a result of the incident and requested to be paid a minimum of $250,000 but no more than $1 million for damages.
