Spelling and Dean McDermott have officially reached a written settlement in their divorce, according to new court filings obtained by TMZ.

The agreement reportedly includes the division of property and financial support, though the exact terms remain under wraps.

The filing marks the final step in ending their 18-year marriage. Now, the only thing left is a judge's signature to make their split official.

Spelling and McDermott, who tied the knot in 2006, share five children: Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 13, Finn, 13, and Beau, 8.

Despite the emotional weight of their breakup, the actress seems ready to move forward with her life and career.

The reality television star filed for divorce in March 2024, citing irreconcilable differences after separating from McDermott the previous summer.

In her petition, Spelling requested spousal support for herself while asking the court to deny any support to McDermott.

She also sought physical custody of their minor children, with joint legal custody shared between both parents.

What started as a love story filled with tabloid glamour evolved into one of Hollywood's most-watched relationships, marked by financial struggles, emotional turmoil, and fierce loyalty to family.

The actress's latest move to settle things quietly signals not just the end of a marriage, but a reinvention of the woman the world thought they knew.

The end of the marriage does not mean the end of love for either star.

Dean McDermott has since moved on with new girlfriend Lily Calo, going Instagram official in May 2024.

The pair has even managed to maintain a friendly relationship with Tori Spelling, often appearing at family gatherings together.

Spelling, meanwhile, seems to be finding her own version of happiness again.

She recently made her red carpet debut with Ryan Cramer in April, attending a special screening of "The Carters" docuseries.

The former couple's willingness to coexist peacefully after years of ups and downs shows a rare maturity in an industry not known for clean endings.

Spelling's Alleged Income Exposed In Court Filings

News of Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's divorce settlement is coming two months after the latter shared details about his ex-wife's earnings.

In documents filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on September 5 and obtained by Us Weekly, McDermott claimed Spelling makes anywhere from "$3,000 to $75,000 per month, depending on the job."

The filing highlighted how inconsistent her earnings could be, fluctuating wildly from project to project.

Despite Spelling's continued presence in entertainment, McDermott admitted his own income has dropped sharply.

Once a recognizable name in Canadian television, he confessed that "acting and producing work has decreased drastically" over time.

Pivoting into a new career path, McDermott shared that he has been working as an alcohol and drug counselor since October 2023, earning $3,800 per month, an amount that fell short of covering his reported $3,980 in monthly expenses.

The filings also revealed the financial strain behind the couple's split.

McDermott's attorneys outlined a long list of debts and overdue bills that continue to weigh heavily on him.

According to the documents, he owed $200,000 in a past-due loan with City National Bank, $2,500 in credit card debt with Capital One, and $12,000 in unpaid balances on Care Credit.

Additionally, he still owed $1,200 for dental procedures.

In September, Spelling revealed that a triggering argument with Dean McDermott made her stop cooking for nearly two years.

Speaking on her "misSPELLING" podcast, she shared that many of their arguments, including their final one before separating, happened in the kitchen.

"When Dean and I separated, our last fight, kind of when everything blew up, was in the kitchen," she said per The Blast.

The actress explained that cooking reminded her of that painful time, leaving her unable to step into the kitchen.

"For about almost two years, I didn't cook, it was like all Postmates, Uber Eats," she admitted.

Now, Spelling says she has finally found joy in cooking again.

"I'm happy to say that I went back to the kitchen. I made an agreement with the kids, like I'm going to cook every night," she said, adding that the new routine has brought healing and happiness.
