Appearing on the "Diary of a CEO" podcast, the former United States Senator revealed that, despite the platform, she was eager to film an episode of Rogan's podcast. "I wanted to do Joe Rogan's show, and there was a lot of games being played, but I wanted to do Joe Rogan's show," she said.

Rogan's podcast, "The Joe Rogan Experience," is one of the most popular podcasts in the world with millions of subscribers and listeners across streaming platforms such as YouTube and Spotify. It's also wildly successful among young, conservative men.

"I think podcasting is a very powerful medium for people to get information, and to your point, for a lot of people that is a main source of information, and it's important for us to support that," Harris added.

Was Kamala Harris Set To Film Rogan's Podcast In Texas?

Representatives for Rogan and Harris have gone back and forth about the former VP's alleged booking on Rogan's show, with the latter's camp claiming in the book, "Fight: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House," that Rogan's team allegedly promised her a spot on the show, only to give it to President Trump.

The authors of the book explained that one of the reasons Harris appeared in Houston, Texas, with Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland was to be in proximity to Austin, Texas, to film Rogan's show. They later claimed that when it was time to put ink to paper, Rogan's team allegedly told Harris' team that the agreed-upon date "was blocked out as a personal day," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"This whole idea that we f-cked her over and we f-cked her over for Trump—incorrect, just not true," Rogan said. "One of the things they said that wasn't true was that we lied about the day that Trump was coming on, and we just didn't [say] that Trump was coming on."

As Rogan went on, he claimed part of the reason Trump appeared on his show was because he "was really easy to book." According to Rogan, his team offered Trump's team a specific date, and it was confirmed almost instantly. "Like, super easy," he said.

"It was no, 'What are we going to talk about? How long is it going to be? Is it going to be edited?'… It was so easy. So he was already booked," Rogan continued.

"[The Harris campaign] never committed to doing the show … They said that the reason why they did the Beyoncé event in Houston was so that they could be in Texas to do my show. They never agreed to do the show. None of that's true. They also said that they sent someone down here to the studio to do a walk-through of the set. That's not true. These people didn't have a date. They never agreed to do the show," he declared.

Elsewhere on the "Diary of a CEO" podcast, Harris maintained her position on filming Rogan's podcast; however, she also admitted that she had trusted advisors steering her away from the show. As she explained, people in her camp believed that Rogan was "supporting Trump" and her appearance wouldn't be "a productive piece for me."

Harris, however, felt differently about it at the time and still does to this day.

"But just like when I went on Fox News with Bret Baier, my perspective was they may have their bias, but there are people that listen who are open-minded, and I'm going to go there and give them a chance to get to know me and give me a chance to make my case to them," she said.

According to a previous report by The Blast, several months after the election, Trump took to social media to express his frustration with Harris' use of celebrity endorsements during her campaign.

"HOW MUCH DID KAMALA HARRIS PAY BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN FOR HIS POOR PERFORMANCE DURING HER CAMPAIGN FOR PRESIDENT?" he wrote on Truth Social. "WHY DID HE ACCEPT THAT MONEY IF HE IS SUCH A FAN OF HERS? ISN'T THAT A MAJOR AND ILLEGAL CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION?"

He then shifted his focus to Beyonce2, writing, "WHAT ABOUT BEYONCÉ? ... AND HOW MUCH WENT TO OPRAH, AND BONO??? I am going to call for a major investigation into this matter."

As he went on, Trump emphasized that presidential candidates aren't allowed to pay for endorsements, "which is what Kamala did, under the guise of paying for entertainment."
