Prince William has reportedly taken a harsh route to get his disgraced uncle to exit the Royal Lodge, putting Princess Eugenie's and Princess Beatrice's titles on the line.
In the aftermath of relinquishing his titles, Prince Andrew was asked to vacate the royal residence, which he had acquired in 2003 through a 75-year lease for £1 million ($1.3 million).
However, Andrew resisted leaving, and now William has reportedly taken a perhaps drastic step to ensure the move happens.
Prince William Allegedly Issued Ultimatum To Princesses Eugenie And Beatrice To Pressure Their Dad's Exit

Though Andrew and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson are understood to have agreed to leave the mansion they have shared since 2008, William is said to have pressed for a swift move-out during a recent meeting with the princesses.
Journalist Emily Maitlis, who interviewed Andrew in his infamous 2019 "Newsnight" appearance, said the meeting may have occurred last week, after the media was tipped off about possible developments in Andrew's scandal.
Maitlis hinted on "The News Agent Podcast" that the rumored development involved Prince William meeting with the princesses to persuade their father to leave.
The broadcaster suggested William told them, "You guys have to get your dad to move out of Royal Lodge, otherwise, we will start re-examining the state of your own titles," per The Daily Mail.
She continued, "They are at the moment allowed to be princesses, but there was a bit of pressure, we understand, being put on the princesses to say this is going to happen."
According to Maitlis, the situation would naturally put Andrew in a difficult position as a father who wants to protect his daughters and their privileges.
Maitlis added that King Charles was expected to visit Royal Lodge on Thursday after returning from the Vatican to "read the riot act" to his brother. However, the plan was axed when heavy media presence outside the estate prompted the Palace to cancel the visit.
Sarah Ferguson Reportedly Faces Uncertainty Amid Royal Lodge Eviction

While William is reportedly pushing for Andrew and Ferguson to leave the property quickly, negotiations over their next residence are ongoing. Ferguson, however, reportedly feels isolated and uncertain about her options.
Close friends told the Daily Mail that she believes she "has nowhere to go or anyone else to go with." Sources within royal circles note that King Charles has no legal obligation to provide for or accommodate Ferguson.
Since she is divorced from Andrew, Ferguson no longer holds an official royal role or entitlement to housing. Her continued presence on the property is therefore considered unofficial.
What Prince Andrew's Alleged Demands Are For Leaving The Mansion

William's alleged decision to threaten Eugenie and Beatrice follows talks of Andrew telling the family what he wants in exchange for leaving the prestigious residence.
A source relayed Andrew's demands, noting his willingness to move out, but only if he and his ex-wife are provided with alternative royal residences.
Andrew allegedly wants to relocate to Frogmore Cottage, formerly occupied by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, while Ferguson prefers Adelaide Cottage, where William and Kate Middleton live.
"Andy is willing to leave, but these are his demands. He is realistic and knows the writing is on the wall and that his time at Royal Lodge is up," the source claimed of the ex-senior royal, as The Blast reported.
Prince William Said To Be The Driving Force Behind Prince Andrew Dropping His Titles

The claim that William is urging the princesses to force their dad to move out is quite believable, as when Andrew relinquished his titles, experts speculated that the Prince of Wales likely pressured him.
According to The Blast, commentator Fordwich branded William as the brain behind the decision, highlighting his motivation to protect the monarchy's reputation at all costs.
Amanda Matta chimed in that the choice could not have come from Andrew, noting that over the past five years of ongoing controversies, he never relinquished his title, and his continued use of "Prince" suggests his reluctance.
Princess Beatrice And Eugenie Faced Renewed Scrutiny

Even before their titles were on the line, Eugenie and Beatrice did not escape fallout from the scandal, with new allegations hinting at their possible connection to Jeffrey Epstein.
A few days ago, The Blast reported leaked emails that suggested that the pair may have visited convicted Epstein in New York after his release from jail.
Adding to the troubling context, Epstein's former associate Ghislaine Maxwell reportedly made a disturbing joke about one of Epstein's victims after Andrew compared the victim's age to his daughters'. The sisters have not commented on the allegations.
