While Kody Brown may have built a plural family, he is now calling for discipline from his daughter's boyfriend, emphasizing the importance of "chastity."

The "Sister Wives" star even referenced his relationship with his fourth wife, Robyn Brown, with whom he has had several back-and-forth discussions about introducing a fifth wife, as a perfect example.

Amid these ongoing situations, Kody seems to be struggling to maintain a healthy relationship with his older children.

During the Sunday, October 26 episode of "Sister Wives," Kody spoke firmly to Brodie Utly, his daughter Aurora's boyfriend, emphasizing the importance of remaining sexually pure before marriage.

Despite having been married to four women, Kody appears committed to protecting his daughter's virtue. "I say to these young men, almost always your job is to protect my daughter, even from yourself," he said.

According to US Magazine, Kody explained that being physically intimate with someone you're not married to is equivalent to being involved with another person's future spouse.

"This is the reason that I believe in chastity … don't take something away from them that doesn't belong to you," he stated firmly.

"If you love my daughter, then you'll love her as much as I loved her mother, and I kept my hands off of her till we were married," he added.

Even as Kody teaches restraint, he recently sparked conversation after hinting at the possibility of adding another wife to the Brown family. Fans may recall that the drama played out during the Season 20 premiere.

During a dinner date, he brought up the idea of returning to polygamy, noting that a relative had recently asked whether they were still practicing plural marriage.

However, Robyn quickly responded that she didn't know how to answer that question, explaining that she had moved past the idea of plural marriage. Kody also agreed, saying he felt the same way.

As reported by The Blast, Robyn made it clear that she would only consider adding another wife if the woman could genuinely form a relationship with both her and Kody.

"I think you and I share something very special. But if it's not duplicatable, it could put us at risk... There's something wonderful here. Why would we put that at risk?" Kody said, echoing Robyn's sentiment.

In agreement, the couple decided they were done with polygamy, with Kody concluding, "OK, it's a deal."

The idea of adding a fifth wife, however, didn't come out of nowhere. In a "Sister Wives" trailer, Kody revealed that he had received an email from a woman interested in joining their family.

"I got another one of those emails from some woman asking sort of like to get to know us for the purpose of joining the family," Kody joked, while Robyn appeared less than thrilled by the idea.

Kody admitted that his curiosity about bringing another woman into the home stemmed from physical attraction, a motive Robyn immediately criticized as "the very worst reason."

Christine Brown's Daughter Mykelti Is 'Exhausted' by Family Issues

Amid the family's evolving dynamics, Christine Brown's daughter Mykelti has grown weary of trying to mend relationships within the Brown household.

According to The Blast, Christine shared during an episode earlier this month that Mykelti's estrangement from Kody was a significant reason behind her decision to move.

"I know part of the reason they're leaving is, [Mykelti] is just exhausted from trying so hard to get everybody back together again," Christine explained.

She added that her daughter had done everything within her power to hold the family together, but after repeated efforts failed, she became frustrated and resentful.

Christine revealed that Mykelti now carries "a great deal of pent-up anger and resentment" toward her father.
