"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Melissa Gorga recently revealed she's open to reconciling with her sister-in-law, Teresa Giudice.
While promoting her appearance on the new series "Wife Swap," Melissa spoke about her strained relationship with Giudice and explained why she is now open to moving forward.
Melissa Gorga Is Ready To Move On From Her Drama With Teresa Giudice

During an interview with Page Six, Melissa discussed the potential sit-down meeting she and her husband, Joe Gorga, plan to have with his sister, Giudice.
She explained that she's hopeful things will go well; however, after feuding publicly for over a decade, she wants to keep this part of their journey private.
According to Melissa, she hopes for an "authentic and real" conversation with Giudice, adding they've "never had that chance."
Why Are Joe And Melissa Open To Reconciling With Teresa Giudice?

Melissa's comments come weeks after Giudice revealed she had a change of heart regarding her relationship with her family.
Giudice previously declared she would never reconcile with the Gorgas following their most explosive feud on the most recent season of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" in 2024.
According to a previous report from The Blast, Giudice explained that after time away from Joe and Melissa, she decided to extend an olive branch to mend the family.
She also pointed to her time on Season 4 of Fox's "Special Forces," saying it made her realize she wanted to be a "good example" for her four daughters, Gia, Milania, Gabriella, and Audriana.
"Be a beautiful family," she added. "If someone doesn’t get along, be the bigger person. Try to make it work. I’ve got to practice what I preach."

Joe echoed those sentiments during a podcast appearance, saying he has always wanted to be a good brother to Giudice. "I’ve never wanted to argue with her ever. It was not my intention," he said. "If I sit down with her and I hear her out, it has to be a lot of … it has to be very humble."
Like Melissa, Joe said the conversation with Giudice has to be "real," and she must take accountability for them to move forward.
Elsewhere in her interview with Page Six, Melissa stated she never wanted things to reach such a low point between her and Giudice.
"This was never a line that I was drawing in the sand," she said before revealing she'll always be willing to find a way to make things work with Giudice. "The truth is, I’m always going to be Team Family. There’s no way I would ever not want that for Joe."
Melissa Gorga Is Filming Other Projects

While Melissa waits for Bravo to inform her whether she'll be one of the cast members returning to "Real Housewives of New Jersey" for season 15, she kept busy this past year filming an episode of the network's new series, "Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition."
Much like the original series, the Bravo production will follow four "Real Housewives" stars who swap lives with a wife living a life completely opposite to theirs. Although there's sure to be challenges, Melissa spoke positively of the "refreshing" series, explaining she now views her family in a different light.
"Not only did I go live in a strange house with a stranger, but my kids had another woman in our home telling them what to do," she said. "I truly had the greatest experience. I feel like I grew and learned a lot from it — and I loved the family we were paired with. It was perfection."

Shifting focus to her own ventures, Melissa has also been passionately promoting her new sprinkle cookie business, "Sprinkle by Melissa Gorga."
According to the business website, the cookies promise a fresh-baked, never frozen treat and come in various packs, with the 12-count retailing for $29.99 plus shipping.
Fans eager to taste the treats themselves can grab them in person during upcoming pop-up events at her Envy boutiques on November 22 and December 6 in New Jersey.
The post's caption even hinted that fans might be able to snap a photo with the "Real Housewives" star herself during the events.
The announcement garnered tons of attention online, including an enthusiastic reaction from her co-star Margaret Josephs.
