Bijou Phillips seemingly plans to completely cut Danny Masterson out of the life of their daughter, Fianna Francis Masterson.

The former actress has reportedly filed documents to legally drop Masterson from the 11-year-old's name, as she moves on with her new romantic interest, Jamie Mazur.

The recent decision by Bijou Phillips comes as Danny Masterson continues to serve his 30 years to life jail sentence after he was found guilty of raping two women.

Bijou Phillips has reportedly filed court documents to remove Masterson's surname from their daughter's name, indicating she's severed any ties to the disgraced actor.

The former couple married in 2011 and welcomed their daughter, Fianna Francis Masterson, in 2014. However, their marriage has since ended as TMZ reports that a judge restored them to the status of single persons on Friday afternoon.

She now wants the "That '70s Show" actor's last name scrubbed from their daughter's name for good and is only waiting for a judge to approve the change from his to hers.

Phillips was very supportive of Masterson, standing by him throughout his criminal trial and retrial. However, she filed for divorce from him a week after he was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for two counts of forcible rape.

The former model is now reportedly dating businessman Jamie Mazur.

Earlier this year, Phillips stepped out with Mazur for a cozy date night at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. She was all smiles as they stepped out of the popular location, rocking a coordinated leather jacket with denim.

At the time, a source told People Magazine that their relationship is "real" and that they've "been together since the summer and he's so in love."

The insider added that the actress met the businessman "through friends" after she "had a hard time" following Masterson's guilty verdict.

"He was initially just a confidant and someone safe that she could talk to," the source said of Mazur. "They've been dating for a couple of months now. He's added a spark to her life. She seems much happier and more relaxed lately."

Meanwhile, Masterson is currently serving his prison sentence at North Kern State Prison in Delano, California, after he was found guilty of raping two women when he was at the peak of his career in the early 2000s.

During the court session at the time, the women recounted the trauma and suffering they've endured over the years since Masterson's acts, after which Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo handed him the conviction.

"When you raped me, you stole from me," one woman said. "That's what rape is, a theft of the spirit. You are pathetic, disturbed, and completely violent. The world is better off with you in prison."

The other woman who accused Masterson of rape said the actor "has not shown an ounce of remorse for the pain he caused."

She told the judge, "I knew he belonged behind bars for the safety of all the women he came into contact with. I am so sorry, and I'm so upset. I wish I'd reported him sooner to the police."

Following Masterson's conviction, a source told People that Phillips "never expected him to be found guilty" and was "terrified about the sentencing," but had "no plans to leave him."

Before his sentencing, an initial jury failed to reach a verdict on three counts of rape, throwing the case into a mistrial.

Danny Masterson Has Appealed His Conviction

Masterson's lawyer has since appealed the ruling, claiming there were "two fundamental flaws" in his convictions, one being that "the trial was rife with erroneous judicial rulings that skewed the jury's view of the evidence against him," while the other is that "there was a stunning amount of exculpatory evidence which was never presented to the jury."

The filing submitted by his lawyer, Cliff Gardner, described how each woman "evolved" their memories over the years more than a half-dozen times.

Gardner argued that they altered their stories, being fully aware that a criminal conviction would reopen expired limitation statutes that prevented them from seeking a financial reward.

He added that the initial mistrial and split verdict at retrial showed that jurors already had reservations about the witnesses' credibility.

"Jurors at both trials learned that the testimony of [the accusers] changed dramatically over the years," Gardner wrote, per People. "The many changes over time – involving both sharply changing recollections as to some facts and the wholesale addition of new facts never before mentioned – consistently pointed in one direction: to a newly minted claim that force was used."
