Garcelle Beauvais Reveals The One Person She'd Want Fired From 'RHOBH' For Her To Return

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Garcelle Beauvais isn't biting her tongue when it comes to the issues she had with her former Bravo co-stars.

During a recent interview, Garcelle Beauvais also revealed the one person who'd need to be fired from the series for her to consider returning.

Speaking with Andy Cohen on his late-night show "Watch What Happens Live," Beauvais wasted no time answering Cohen's question about who would need to leave the reality series for her to return.

"Erika," she stated plainly, prompting Cohen to reply, "Really?"

"I think so," she said. "Yeah."

Beauvais' answer is not surprising for fans of the show, considering the "Coming to America" actress bumped heads with the "Pretty Mess" singer incessantly throughout her five years on the series.

According to a previous report from The Blast, the pair's relationship seemingly reached the point of no return when Jayne implied Beauvais was hiding her real self from the audience.

"I feel as if ... I was able to lay it all out there; you should be able to as well," Jayne said, referring to her legal issues with her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, "I'd like for Sutton and Garcelle to reveal their lives. I just feel as if, you know, nothing is as it appears."

Garcelle Left 'RHOBH' After Five Years

Beauvais announced her surprising departure from the series in March 2025, calling the experience a "wild ride."

She continued, "... some amazing things have happened, and some hard things have also happened — but it's been a ride nevertheless."

According to Beauvais, she left the series after five years for many reasons, including her relationship with her twin sons, Jax and Jaid.

"Their last year of high school is next year, and I want to be a part of that. And Jaid is starting a new career and I want to be a part of that, too," she said in a clip shared on Instagram.

But could there have been more to exit? In another interview with the Smith Sisters, Beauvais shared that she felt isolated among the cast, which wasn't bringing her any peace.

Garcelle Beauvais Felt Alone On 'RHOBH'

"I felt like I no longer belong here," Beauvais said on the show. "The reunion was very clear to me. I didn't have an ally anywhere."

Beauvais echoed those sentiments during the explosive three-part reunion in April 2025. In one clip, Beauvais stormed off set just before the cast took a group picture, admitting she was "f-cking sick of it."

"I can't be friends with people like that," she said. "I don't trust them."

Beauvais Fell Out With Her Closest Friend On The Show

And Jayne isn't the only one Beauvais had issues with toward the end of her run on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

The Blast previously reported that Beauvais unfollowed her co-stars, including her longtime friend, Sutton Stracke.

Stracke discussed the move in a previous interview, admitting she was surprised but was willing to give Beauvais space and time to heal after a tumultuous five seasons in front of the cameras.

In another instance, the "SUTTON" owner expressed hope that she and Beauvais would return to a cordial space; however, on "WWHL," Beauvais shot down the idea of a future friendship with Stracke almost instantly.

When asked whether their relationship was "completely over," Beauvais said, "Yes," before shedding more light on their fallout.

"Not only she didn’t have my back, she also when she called me, never took accountability for it. And that hurt my feelings a lot," she said.

And while they're no longer best friends, Beauvais does look back on their memories with glee.

"You know, we had some really good laughs," she admitted. "We were there for each other, mostly me ... there for her. But I don’t regret it. I don’t regret it."

What's Beauvais Doing Since Leaving Reality TV

Since leaving the show, Beauvais admitted she's been "thriving." She also reflected on how wonderful it's been to take on new projects, calling it "really fantastic."

Beauvais has also discussed the premiere of her latest Lifetime film, "Taken At A Truck Stop: A Black Girl Missing Movie," which airs on Saturday, October 25.

The film is about a devoted truck driver who goes on a manhunt for her neurodivergent niece who was abducted by an online predator.

For Beauvais, being part of this movie goes beyond just the paycheck; it's about telling a vital story she believes deserves more attention nationwide.

"When Black and brown girls go missing, we [need to] do something about it," she said previously. "We hold the police accountable; we hold the media accountable. That’s the basis for these movies is really to help our community. The disparity is so huge when a Black and brown person goes missing versus a blond and blue-eyed [person]."
