Fans React To Megan's New Song, Begging Her To Release Better Work

Following the song's release, critics ran to social media to share their thoughts and issue blunt opinions on her latest single.

"Megan Thee Stallion hasn't evolved as a rapper at all," someone wrote. "It's the same ish every single d-mn time and her fans refuse to admit she has the occasional one or two but that's it."

"She's falling behind in the rap game and that's why newer female rappers are doing so much better than her," they added.

Another user shared a similar thought, writing, "As a fan, I know Megan Thee Stallion can truly rap, but this track just didn't land. The style felt completely off-brand. To put it mildly, the lyrics were a little too basic."

A third user wrote plainly, "It's not a good song."

"Yes, she's talking about love (probably because of Klay), but it's just her typical raunchy lyrics to a 95.5 the beat R&B type instrumental," they continued. "The hook is well ... and repetitive to where it's not catchy but tiresome to hear. It's just not worthy of another listen, and the replay value of this track is essentially non-existent."

This isn't the first time Megan has faced pushback over what she's chosen to share about her relationship with Thompson.

Some users slammed the Grammy winner for being "cringe," while others accused her of being "too quick" to share about her personal life.

A third user posted, "As an Aquarius, she bop too loud for us. We do sh-t in silence."
