Isabelle Tate has passed away at the young age of 23, according to reports. The actress's death is said to have occurred on Sunday, October 19, and she will be laid to rest on Friday, October 24, 2025
Since her passing, tributes have been pouring in from her co-stars and agency, who noted how much she was loved.
The cause of Isabelle Tate's death has yet to be revealed, but it may be related to the rare progressive neuromuscular disease (PND) the actress has been battling, called Charcot-Marie-Tooth.

According to her obituary, the Tennessee-born beauty passed away on October 19, 2025, for reasons yet to be disclosed by the family.

She is expected to be laid to rest on Friday, October 24, 2025, at Forest Hills Methodist Church in Brentwood, Tennessee.

According to TMZ, Tate's agent revealed that she passed away "peacefully" in her sleep.
She had reportedly been battling the rare progressive neuromuscular disease, Charcot-Marie-Tooth, and was confined to a wheelchair.
The actress's agent told the news outlet that the rare disease usually affects the legs but can also affect other parts of the body, particularly internal organs, such as the heart and lungs.
Due to her struggles with the PND, Tate is said to have given up on pursuing an acting career until the big "9-1-1: Nashville" gig was described as the perfect role for the rising star.

More details about Tate's personality and talents were mentioned in her obituary.
She was described as "full of fire" and a "fighter" who never once made excuses for the fact that she might have a "disability relative to others."
The actress had been struggling with a progressive neuromuscular disease for most of her life after being diagnosed with the ailment when she was 13.
"She was also quite musically inclined, often spending hours writing and recording songs with friends and even publishing a few," the obituary further read.

The Actress's '9-1-1' Colleagues And Fans Have Sent In Their Condolences

Following Tate's death, her co-star from the action drama, Hunter McVey, mourned her in a statement with People Magazine.
"I was shocked to hear the news. I didn't know Isabelle prior to filming, but I couldn't have asked for someone better to work with on one of my first-ever days on set," McVey told the outlet.
"I was terrified, nervous, and after each take, we would get to exchange a couple of words, which were always supportive from her," he added.
The actor went on to say that Tate had such a "great energy" and "brought joy to a lot of people."
On social media, fans also sent in their condolence on the actress's page.
"heartbreaking loss….deepest condolences to all that loved this young lady," one wrote.
"I'm so sorry. My late father-in-law had the same disease. It was heartbreaking watching his decline. Prayers for her loved ones," a second individual commented.

Tate's passing comes three years after she shared with fans that she was suffering from a progressive neuromuscular disease.
At the time, the actress explained that one of the major symptoms of the illness was increasing weakness in her leg muscles, which eventually forced her to rely on a wheelchair for mobility.
She opened up about how living with the condition had been a "difficult journey" and confessed to losing herself in "certain ways" while trying to come to terms with the challenges it brought.
"I hated that it was not only breaking me down physically, but I was allowing it to also break down my spirit," she noted on her Instagram page.
Tate then concluded with a salient remark about embracing her situation and letting it not define her.
The late actress stated, "I would've never expected something like this to happen to me, as most of us wouldn't. I don't know why these were the cards I was dealt in life, but I can't change it, so I'm choosing to embrace it and not let it define me."
