Candice Swanepoel Impresses Pumping Iron In Swimsuit And High Heels

Candice Swanepoel stunned fans this week, showing off her iconic swimsuit body while posing with massive dumbbells. The South African model, who recently walked the runway at this year's Victoria's Secret Show, dazzled in a black-and-gold bathing suit for a glam shoot on Monday, showing off her insane figure in high heels while delighting fans. Candice, who has two children, basically proved that she hasn't aged as she approaches 40, with this snap giving a giant nod to her love of fitness. The 37-year-old was featured on makeup artist Tyron Machhause's Instagram, where fans raved over the snap and one called Candice "HAWT."

Flaunting her long legs and muscular arms, the Victoria's Secret Angel wowed in a metallic, shiny gold swimsuit with black panels, going cut-out for a sideboob flash while showcasing her killer hips.

Exposing her assets a little as she reminded the camera of her slender waist, Candice added height to her frame thanks to strappy black heels, completing her look with her blonde hair worn down and blow-dried. The Instagram favorite also accentuated her angelic features with matte makeup, sporting bronzer and blush, plus a devilish catwing eyeliner. Sending the lens a smile, Candice showed off her full pout, with dramatic black eyeliner bringing out her light eyes.

"WOWOW," one fan replied. "The queen," another wrote. Candice is fresh from making major headlines for her 2025 VS Runway Show appearance, where she joined the likes of Emily Ratajkowski, plus Bella and Gigi Hadid on the lingerie giant's catwalk.

Marking her presence at the VS Show in this Instagram photo, Candice Swanepoel wowed in a plunging, push-up bra and briefs, upping the ante in her sparkly suspenders.
