Kylie Jenner Grieves The Death Of Her Close Companion, Norman, After Almost 13 Years Together

Reality TV star Kylie Jenner has announced the passing of her beloved dog, Norman, after almost 13 years.

The business mogul expressed her heartbreak over the greyhound's passing in a lengthy post on social media, accompanied by multiple photos of them together.

Kylie Jenner's sad news comes amid the revival of her "King Kylie" brand, which has seen her come under fire over a promotional video that many deemed "out of touch."

Kylie announced the news of her greyhound's passing on her Instagram page on Wednesday, detailing how heartbroken she was about the loss of the beloved pet.

In her emotional post, Jenner reminisced about how she had always wanted an Italian greyhound since she was a child, but noted that her mother, Kris Jenner, had refused to get one for her.

However, right after she turned 17, Kylie revealed that she got Norman for Christmas and "it was the best gift I could have ever received."

"Normy, you filled my life and so many others with pure joy," she continued. "Almost 13 years old, and yet I know I'll remember you far longer than the time we got to share. I wish I wasn't writing this post. I knew you were getting older, and I tried to prepare myself, but it's hard losing you, Norm. "

The mother of two further expressed how happy she was that her kids got to "meet" and "love" Norman.

"My heart aches for you. Rest in peace, my precious Normandle. I love you forever," she concluded.

Kylie accompanied her post with multiple photos of the late greyhound. In one of the shots, the reality TV star could be seen cuddling Norman, while another image saw her lying next to the dog with the message, "me and Norman forever" written across it.

Other slides on her post featured shots of the now-late dog playing with Kylie's children.

After sharing the heartbreaking news of Norman's death, Kylie received a wave of support from her celebrity pals and fans.

Popular influencer, Amanda Cerny, wrote, "I'm so so so sorry for your loss. Norm is playing endlessly in heaven now. You will meet again one day."

Model Amelia Grey, who is the daughter of "Real Housewives" star,  added, "NORMYYYYYYYY we love you so much."

Kylie's loss comes days after she suffered massive backlash for a short clip she shared to Instagram promoting her Kylie Cosmetics brand.

In the post, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" alum sported a black leather bra with matching shorts, silver hip chains, and black tights, paired with black pointed-toe shoes.

She left her dark, wavy hair to flow freely down her shoulders as she slowly walked down the hall of a prison cell in handcuffs, with two police officers walking closely behind her on either side.

Near the end of the video, a voice whispered, "King Kylie," with the exact words flashing across the screen.

The beauty mogul famously adopted the "King Kylie" moniker in 2015, the year she launched her lip kit, which has since transformed her brand into a global force.

While several social media users seemed pleased with the news, others took shots at her for being "deeply out of touch," due to the use of handcuffs and cops amid the ongoing ICE raids in America.

"The country's boiling over, citizens being dragged off by rogue badge-hungry rent-a-cops, and Kylie Jenner drops a handcuffed hot-pants photoshoot to promote COSMETICS. This isn't satire; it's American rot," an angry user wrote on Reddit.

Away from her brand, Kylie also appears to be facing some challenges in her personal life, as rumors suggest her relationship with Timothée Chalamet has been experiencing turbulence.

Although the couple was seen together last week, the appearance was their first in two months.

According to the Daily Mail, insiders claim that their differing views on marriage and settling down are causing them to drift apart.

"Timothée was on the brink of calling it quits with Kylie," a source told the news outlet. "His career is skyrocketing, and the last thing he wants right now is to be a father."

Another source noted that Kylie is ready to "be married and have a family" with the "Dune" actor, but seems to be running out of patience.

"Marriage and children have been discussed, and they aren't on the same page on timing because he is actively pursuing his career," the second source told the Daily Mail. "He still wants to build the foundation of his career before he settles down, but Kylie is ready to lock down."

They continued, "She already has her career, all the money in the world, kids. She now wants to be married and have a family with Timothée."
