Bravo has its court time fully booked with another lawsuit yet again.

The ex-husband of a new star on the "Real Housewives of Atlanta," Mark Ferrell Chuvalo, has filed a $200 million lawsuit, claiming that he was depicted incorrectly on the reality show.

Just this month, Bravo also faced another lawsuit for defamation and had some of its stars arrested for different crimes on separate occasions.

Bravo Franchise Bags A $200 Million Lawsuit

Mark has filed a $200 million lawsuit against Bravo for portraying him wrongly on the show. According to Mark, his ex-wife, Kelli Ferrell, who joined the cast this year, concocted stories about his behavior and finances that were false while he was on the show.

His attorneys further claim that Kelli also erroneously claimed that Mark was abusive towards her. Kelli also made claims on the show that he owed her some money she lent him, but court documents show that Mark denied the claims.

The legal documents obtained by The Daily Mail show some clarity on the matter. They reveal that Mark said he and his ex went in together on a $420,000 loan three years ago for a restaurant called Nana's Chicken & Waffles, which was to be their dream business.

However, Kelli misused the funds for a birthday party celebration, among other things, which he did not support.

More About Mark's Point Of View On The Financial Situation

Besides the misappropriated loan, Mark claims she spent on frivolities, he further claims in the legal documents that Kelli switched the narrative to cover up her mistakes. She did not own up to her actions, according to him, but instead said he took the money from her.

He also revealed that he had paid the loan in full, but his ex continues to spread inaccuracies, claiming that he took the money without her knowledge or authorization.

Kelli has yet to affirm or deny her ex's accusations concerning their finances, as she is focused on raising her three children, whom she shares with Mark. However, she revealed in an exclusive interview earlier that she tries to remain positive in every situation and hopes for the best.

The Network Was Also Hit With A $10 Million Defamation Lawsuit

Another star's ex-husband, Todd Nepola, filed a $10 million lawsuit against Bravo earlier this month, claiming that his business expertise was misrepresented on the cable network, resulting in millions of dollars in lost revenue.

His ex-wife, Alexia Nepola, who appears on the "Real Housewives of Miami," was married to Todd, who is a real estate investor and developer, for almost 4 years before they split up.

The Daily Mail reveals that Todd claims his reputation in the Miami business community was damaged due to statements made about him on the show. He also stated in his legal complaint that he felt he was being portrayed as a bad businessman.

Todd also complained that the Bravo producers portrayed him as financially irresponsible or suffering from financial distress on the popular reality series, as they continued to intentionally and maliciously air defamatory statements.

Todd admitted that out of love for Alexia, he agreed to appear on the fourth and fifth seasons of the show, but did not consent to further seasons.

He then named Adriana de Moura as a person of interest, claiming that she, in the sixth season, had said his company had been "struggling" and he and Alexia had been "having some money trouble" as a result.

He expressed these concerns to the network's producers, but all his complaints fell on deaf ears.

Lawsuits are not the only negative attention the network has faced this month and throughout its history.  The Blast reports that Kathryn Dennis, a Bravo star, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for driving under the influence in 2024.

She was involved in a three-vehicle crash and, at the scene of her arrest, feuded with the police. The officers on duty noted that there was a stench of alcohol coming from her, concluding that she was indeed driving under the influence.

This was not the first time Dennis was in trouble with the law, as she had also been involved in a hit-and-run accident in 2023.

Dennis has been accused of racism in the past. She reportedly sent a monkey emoji to a Black radio host with whom she was feuding over President Donald Trump's policies, which led to the loss of some brand partnerships.
