Kim Kardashian is quietly growing her real estate empire, again.

Just as she celebrated her 45th birthday, the reality mogul reportedly dropped $7 million on a property right next door to her $60 million Hidden Hills compound.

The purchase, which adds another 5,000 square feet of luxury to her already massive estate, marks a new chapter in her plans to expand her footprint in one of California’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

According to TMZ, Kardashian has officially purchased a four-bedroom, five-bathroom home adjacent to her sprawling Hidden Hills mansion.

The new property, reportedly part of her long-term plan to extend her existing three-acre estate, offers sweeping views, several fireplaces, a private spa, and easy access to nearby horse trails.

Sources claim the 5,000-square-foot home will seamlessly blend into her existing $60 million compound, transforming her already massive space into an even grander retreat.

While representatives for the star have yet to comment, insiders are convinced that the property is a strategic buy to secure privacy and expand her empire in Hidden Hills, where she has lived since 2014.

Kim Kardashian first purchased her Hidden Hills home with then-husband Kanye West for $20 million in 2014.

The couple spent five years remodeling the eight-bedroom, ten-bathroom home with Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt, creating a minimalist design defined by soft tones and open spaces.

Though fans often debated the mansion’s ultra-neutral style, calling it “too cold,” it quickly became one of the most recognizable celebrity homes in the world.
