The "Rock and a Hard Place" singer revealed over the weekend that he recently underwent a cosmetic dental procedure to fix one of his biggest insecurities. His teeth. But for Zimmerman, this was more than just a cosmetic change, but it was a moment of long-awaited self-acceptance.

In a carousel of smiling photos, Zimmerman proudly flashed his fresh veneers, thanking Dr. Gray King, Dr. Jake Bateman, and the team at Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry for what he called a life-changing makeover. “I finally have the smile I’ve always dreamed of,” he wrote in the caption, adding, “I’ve been insecure about my smile since I was a kid, but thanks to y’all I don’t have to be anymore.” He closed his post with his iconic humor, “Everybody gonna catch me cheesin’ 24/7 now.”

The country artist later followed up with a behind-the-scenes video from the dentist’s chair, joking around with his doctors as he showed off his gleaming teeth. “New smile means doing content with my dentists @drgrayking & @jakebatemandds,” he wrote, before adding, “THANK Y’ALL FOR ALL THE LOVE ON MY NEW TEETH.”

Zimmerman’s latest transformation didn’t happen overnight. The Illinois native has been candid about his journey toward confidence, even sharing that he removed his braces early in his career to eliminate a lisp that affected his singing.

During a 2023 interview on "Today’s Country Radio with Kelleigh Bannen," Zimmerman recalled the moment a fellow artist convinced him to take the leap. “This dude from my hometown was like, ‘You need to take your braces off because it’s giving you a lisp when you sing,'" he said, and Zimmerman acted fast. “I had an orthodontist appointment the next day. Even though my teeth weren’t completely straight," he continued. "I told them, ‘Don’t care, take ’em off, I’m done.’ And a week later, I wrote my first song.”

That decision set off a career that’s since exploded onto the country charts, and now, years later, he’s circling back to perfect what once held him back.

The "Religiously" singer has officially been announced as one of the headliners for CBS’ annual “New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash” special, a five-and-a-half-hour celebration that will ring in 2026 in true Music City style.

The massive televised event will air live on CBS on December 31 from 8 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. ET/PT, with a brief local news break from 10–10:30 p.m. Viewers with Paramount+ Premium subscriptions will also be able to stream the high-energy show live. Zimmerman joins an impressive lineup of country heavyweights and rising stars expected to take the stage as Nashville counts down to midnight.

Fresh off his sold-out "New To Country Tour," Bailey Zimmerman is already gearing up to hit the road again, but this time, bigger than ever. The country chart-topper has officially announced dates for his 2026 “Different Night Same Rodeo Tour,” set to kick off early next year. The tour launches in Estero, Florida, on February 19, 2026, and will bring Zimmerman’s signature high-energy performances to major cities including Knoxville, Boston, Atlanta, Fort Worth, Nashville, Toronto, and more before wrapping in Ottawa, Ontario, on June 20.

Zimmerman will be joined by Hudson Westbrook and Blake Whiten as supporting acts, promising a night packed with powerhouse vocals and country grit from start to finish.
