Another day, another ACE familyscandal.

The ACE Family’s Austin McBroom is making negative headlines once again over claims he is not paying fighters from the ‘YouTubers vs. TikTokers’ boxing match.

The “family-friendly” content creating family is being accused of running a sort of boxing match ponzi scheme.

At least, that’s the word on the street.

It’s a confusing story, so let’s break it down!

Earlier this month YouTubers and TikTokers faced off in a boxing match called, “Social Gloves: Battle of the Platforms- YouTubers vs TikTokers.”

McBroom (the YouTuber) squared off with TikTok star, Bryce Hall. Their fight was the headliner of the event.

McBroom won the match with a TKO in the third round.

Despite the big loss, Hall was a good sport about taking the ‘L’ and congratulated McBroom on the fight. He took to social media and wrote, “great fight @austinmcbroom you impressed many along with myself with your skill set! im going back to my youtube / tiktok shit and im looking forward to takin a few shots with you tonight.”

While things seemed chummy between the two after the fight, there could be some beef brewing in the background!

It’s rumored that most of the fighters that took part in Social Gloves’ fight night have not been paid.

According to Dexerto, a number of fighters from the YouTubers vs TikTokers event, as well as their friends, have claimed that they’ve not been paid in the aftermath. It’s now being alleged that McBroom is the owner or at least a co-owner of Social Gloves.

‘SG’ has said they are “working tirelessly” to make sure fighters who haven’t been paid, such as Vinnie Hacker, will get their money.

Over the weekend, fellow YouTuber and TikTok star, Tana Mongeau, made the claim that Austin is in fact an owner of ‘SG’ and is refusing to pay the fighters.

On June 25 she tweeted, “not Austin mcbroom owning most of social gloves and then everyone being surprised people aren’t getting paid,” which she topped off with the skull emoji.

The patriarch of the ACE Family obviously got wind of her claim and responded.

He wrote back on June 26, “Not the most desperate human being speaking on shit she doesn’t know about. Don’t try and bring me or the event down to make you feel better about Tanacon. Every fighter including myself will be getting paid and a lawsuit is happening and it’s not with social gloves dumb dumb.”

While he responded to Tana’s jab, he didn’t confirm or deny owning ‘SG.’

Here’s the interesting thing that Dexerto found out after doing a quick in the United States Patent and Trademark Office directory. Social Gloves is owned by a McBroom-owned company called, Ace Hat Collection, Inc.

The CEO of Ace Hat Collection, Inc. is of course, McBroom and his wife Catherine McBroom serves as the secretary.

Again, neither McBroom nor Catherine have addressed the issue of ownership and unpaid dues.

While fans sit by and wait to see the results of this scandal, there’s another one that’s surfaced.

In typical Tana-fashion, she once again stirred things up with the ACE family after their back-and-forth regarding the Social Gloves fight.

She also alleged that McBroom paid her roommate $40k in “hush money” to keep her from talking about their affair.

In the early hours of June 28, Tana responded to yet another dig McBroom made at her expense and wrote, “u realize triller offers more money than you rite. Maybe I’d fight with social gloves when my friends get their checks :/ remember when you had one of your security guards drop off $40,000 in a bag to my roommate so they wouldn’t expose you cheating? You didn’t pay me though.”

Tana Retaliates!

This begs the question, did Tana and McBroom hook up?

There's never a dull moment in the influencer world!
