The actress reportedly pulled the plug on her marriage to the designer after she picked up a scent that she feared might compromise his loyalty to their marriage.

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli’s marriage has survived on what could be perceived as a shaky foundation, as they both served time for their involvement in a 2019 college admissions scheme in 2020.

The media personality agreed enough was enough with their union when she discovered some shocking text messages on the actor’s mobile phone. “Truly, the tipping point came when Lori found a bunch of text messages,” an insider claimed.

The close source stressed that the fashion designer had taken advantage of Loughlin for years, and she held out hope, thinking he would turn a new leaf after their prison stint.

As reported by Page Six, she is now done with everything that represents her marriage in her life and is very concerned about getting her old life back.

The media personality was sentenced to two months behind bars in a federal prison alongside an order to pay a $150,000 fine and partake in 150 hours of community service.

Giannulli earned a five-month sentence and was required to pay a $250,000 fine, in addition to completing 250 hours of community service. The couple was convicted for their decision to pay $500k for their kids to be fixed on USC's rowing team.

Everyone around Loughlin and Giannulli seemingly saw this separation coming due to the struggles they have endured over the past year. The Blast stated that the estranged couple reportedly quietly began living apart before the news was made public this month.

Sources close to the actress revealed that she was very devastated at the breakdown of her marriage as she tried her best to stitch things up. They reportedly went on a break, but it did little to salvage the already wrecked marriage.

Now, their fate is set in stone as far as that union goes, with an insider confirming that they will never reconcile and are absolutely not on the same page.

There are also no legal arrangements underway to make their separation official, but the actress has been spotted out and about with her ring finger very vacant.
