Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann's Bitter Relationship Exposed In Another Divorce Case

The drama between Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak continues thanks to the latter's new relationship.

Months after Zolciak confirmed she had rejoined the dating pool, her romance with a man named Kyle Mowitz made headlines for the wrong reasons. Their relationship was unveiled after Jillian Green, Mowitz's estranged wife, subpoenaed Zolciak in her divorce case.

Kroy Biermann was also dragged into the legal ordeal for allegedly contacting Jillian Green to warn her about Kim Zolciak's expensive tastes.

Biermann reportedly doubled down on his past claims about Zolciak's spending habits while talking to Green. She revealed their conversations during a June deposition in her divorce case, claiming Biermann contacted her first.

According to Green, the former NFL player warned her about Zolciak's love for wealth, claiming he told her his estranged wife would "drain money from Kyle." Biermann allegedly backed his claims by telling Green Zolciak had charged groceries from Instacart on Mowitz's credit card.

Additionally, Green noted that Biermann had highlighted Zolciak's alleged mental state, alleging he labeled her a narcissist. TMZ reported that he also called out his estranged wife for having a gambling problem and never spending time with their children.

Zolciak's relationship with Mowitz became known after Green subpoenaed her in her ongoing divorce case. Court documents obtained by US Weekly revealed the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star was served at the parking lot of a high school in Georgia.

Green requested that she appear for a deposition on October 15 and bring certain documents and communications linked to Zolciak's relationship with Mowitz.

However, she fought against her involvement in the divorce proceedings, claiming the subpoena was "unreasonable, oppressive, and intended to annoy and embarrass her."

Mowitz's lawyer, Marvin Solomiany, echoed similar sentiments in their response to the outlet. They claimed that Green shouldn't have involved Zolciak in the divorce case because her relationship with Mowitz started after their separation.

Green's subpoena demanded that Zolciak hand over all documents linked to her financial relationship with Mowitz. The list included gifts given or received, expenses paid by Mowitz, monies loaned by or to Zolciak, and businesses connected to them.

The request continued with orders for Zolciak to share all documents related to her trips with Mowitz, including details of their destinations, accommodations, and any associated expenses. Green also asked Zolciak to turn over her communications, including any between Biermann and Mowitz.

Green's interest in the financial relationship between Zolciak and Mowitz stemmed from their divorce battle. Her estranged husband claimed she did not need spousal support, while she argued that they had over $100 million invested in a family trust that Mowitz had complete control over.

Zolciak's involvement in Green and Mowitz's divorce made waves following the revelation of her new romance. Sources with direct knowledge claimed that she and her boyfriend began dating in the spring of 2025, around April or May.

According to sources, Zolciak and Mowitz spent a lot of time together and were serious about their relationship. They also stressed that both parties had separated from their respective spouses before falling for each other, so there was no affair.

Zolciak reportedly waited 20 months after her separation from Biermann before rejoining the dating pool. On that note, her romance with Mowitz marked her first serious relationship since her split from her previous partner.

Since sources claimed Zolciak started dating Mowitz around April or May, he might not be the mystery man she raved about in March. The Blast covered the story, reporting that Zolciak revealed she was no longer single while speaking to reporters at LAX.
